See, and that's what it normally is like here as well... They order you to do something but can't take responsibility if it goes sideways. I will never do that. If so we're in this boat together. I would even go so far to tell my bosses it was me instead of my peeps.

That’s so great. My immediate supervisor says “we”. Instead of blaming anyone.
It’s hard looking at people making a ton of money who don’t do their jobs or don’t look out for their employees __________________

Yes, I do the same. Always the „we“ or the „I“ for me
 And two of my colleagues told me the other day how happy they are that I‘m there and that I‘m moving things. Things that long should have been done or said. I was so happx about it. __________________
