Okay, I'll add this one into the OP, Marilyn. As soon as I can sit upright again when posting I'll take care of the OP.
Since I think the question is answered really easily with Red referring to the past and if he knows about Tom having the suitcase, he is referring to the present as well... Tom is lying to Liz over and over again and that's what he meant. __________________

Yes Red was definitly taking about the past. I don't think there is anything else there.

I don't get it either... It's as if the mythology has disappeared. Maybe because they used this flash forward?
 And I finally managed to take care of the OP... I answered three questions from season 4 and I put 4 questions in there for season 5. You should have a look and tell me if that's okay with you. __________________
