"It's called the Blacklist. That sounds exciting! That's why we're all here, of course.
My wish list, a list I've been cultivating for over 20 years. Politicians, mobsters, hackers, spies.
I’m talking about the criminals who matter. The ones you can’t find, because you don’t even know they exist."

4. Mr. Kaplan

Kathryn Nemec has worked for Raymond Reddington for 20-30 years, having officially been missing as of 1991. Known only by her alias "Mr. Kaplan", her first name was revealed to be Kate. She is Reddington's personal "cleaner" who comes into scrub crime scenes. She helps Reddington clean up after he kills Diane Fowler. She also disposed the bodies of Lucy Brooks and the Cowboy after they are found by Reddington's people. When Kate was younger, she was hired by Katarina Rostova to be Liz's nanny. She became friends with Katarina after discovering she was a Soviet spy and learned that she was having an affair with Red. When Katarina was forced to flee and abandon her daughter, Kaplan left Liz with her foster father, Sam. Later, she fell in love with a woman named Annie Kaplan, and assumed her surname after Annie was murdered in front of her. She then joined Reddington's employ to protect Liz, on the understanding that she would always place Liz's interests ahead of his. Mr. Kaplan faked Liz's death with the knowledge and help of Liz, Tom and Nik to help Liz and her daughter escape Red's lifestyle. Red finds out that Mr. Kaplan faked Liz's death after an associate of him tells him that Mr. Kaplan made arrangements for Tom and Agnes to leave the country. Red demands that Mr. Kaplan tells him where Tom and Agnes are and tells her that Alexander Kirk is after them. Then Mr. Kaplan reveals that Liz is still alive and is with Tom and Agnes. She is shot in the head by Red but survives. An unknown man who lives in the forest takes her back to his cabin and he nurses her back to health but he does hold her captive in his cabin. After she recovers she finds a way to escape the cabin. Because of what Red did to her, she exhumes all the bodies she buried for Reddington over the years, intending to use them to destroy him. Kaplan hires Philomena, a bounty hunter, to kidnap two of Reddington's subordinates, including Marvin Gerard. She tells Liz that she was her nanny, and warns Liz not to get involved in the fight between her and Red. After that Kaplan calls a temporary truce with the FBI to find Liz after the latter is kidnapped. She tracks down Liz, only to learn that Red engineered the kidnapping to draw her out. When she confronts him, she declares that it is impossible for the two of them to coexist. Seeing no other way out Kaplan attacks the task force, first attempting to steal a copy of Red's immunity agreement with the DOJ and give it to Julian Gale. When Red foils this plan, Kaplan agrees to testify about Red's crimes to a grand jury. Before doing so, she exhumes a suitcase containing the skeleton of an unknown person. After the grand jury is dissolved through Red's machinations, Kaplan is cornered by the FBI and Red. Red admits his remorse for trying in the first place, but she tells him that she has arranged for an accomplice to give Liz "the truth" after her death, then she commits suicide. Afterwards, her accomplice, revealed to be Tom Keen, picks up the suitcase, presumably to deliver to Liz.

7. Tom Keen

Thomas Vincent Keen, born Christopher Hargrave is Elizabeth's husband, an elementary school teacher who turns out to be a covert operative working for Berlin. When first confronted by Elizabeth, Tom asserts to her that he was assigned to protect her, and that Reddington "is not who she thinks he is". Elizabeth shoots him and stages his death, but keeps him prisoner on a boat for several months in order to extract as much information as possible. When she is nearly discovered by the harbor master, Tom saves her by strangling him to death; as a token of gratitude, she lets Tom escape. Tom later meets with Red and their conversation reveals a previous working relationship. Apparently, Tom was recruited at the age of 14 (he was then known as Jacob Phelps) by a blacklister known as The Major due to the combination of sociopathy and extreme talent, to be groomed for covert operations. Red acquired him from The Major in order to insert him into Elizabeth's life, but when Berlin found out, he doubled Reddington's price. After his escape, Tom utilizes The Major for a new covert operation as a neo-Nazi drug and arms dealer in Dresden named Christof Mannheim, but not before calling Elizabeth; he appears to have developed genuine feelings for her during their "marriage", which seems to complicate matters for both The Major and Reddington, as it was the reason behind his killing the harbor master on Elizabeth's boat. When Elizabeth nearly gets subpoenaed for the harbor master's murder, Reddington and Ressler attempt to extradite Tom from Germany so he can clear her name; Tom initially refuses, but then appears in court and willfully surrenders. With the help of Assistant Attorney General, Tom Connolly, Reddington helps Tom and Elizabeth sweep the whole event under the rug; Elizabeth is cleared while Tom "never existed". The Major, seeing Tom as a liability after this affair, tries to shoot Tom but the Germans intercept them; Tom bargains for their lives and they both manage to escape, but The Major is still set to have Tom killed. Desperate, Tom hides at Elizabeth's place and pleads her to give him his passports; in exchange, she convinces him to tell her the truth about his relationship with Reddington, then reveals that she had always known that on some level, Tom's love for her and their life together was genuine. He later tells Liz of his dream to become a fisherman and urges her to come with him to Japan to start a new life with each other, but she declines, telling him that she needs to finish what she's started. After Liz kills Tom Connolly and becomes one of the FBI's most wanted, Tom departs on his boat to Japan to begin his new life. After he finds out that Liz killed Tom Connolly and is on the run, he comes back wishing to help assist him in saving Liz, suspecting the tides are against Red's favor. While waiting for Liz to call him, Tom meets with Cooper and is recruited to help investigate Karakurt. Posing as a hustler, he befriends a wealthy socialite and infiltrates an underground street-fighting ring, where he eventually locates Karakurt. He brings the assassin to Cooper, but the Cabal finds them, forcing all three men to go on the run. Eventually, with Ressler and Cooper's help, he evades the Cabal and delivers Karakurt into federal custody. After Liz is released, Tom proposes marriage to her, but she turns him down, saying that she is too uncertain about the future to accept. Tom is later confronted by Red who warns him to stay away from Liz, after the actions he pulled when he ignored his first warning that led to this. After Liz's death, he tells Red to stay away from Agnes and blames him for his failure to protect her. Samar visits Tom in the hospital who has been having a hard time raising Agnes alone and offers to help him. Tom is later recruited again by Cooper to keep an eye on Cynthia Panabaker and he discovers more that confirms Cooper's suspicion. Visiting Cooper in the post office, he is able to confirm the woman that Panabaker had a meeting looks like Liz's mother, Katarina. After that Tom is forced to work with Mattais Solomon and Susan Hargrave, the people responsible for Liz's death to get at Alexander Kirk, the man who ordered the attack. During the mission, Tom shoots Solomon in revenge, but Solomon seemingly gets away after Tom leaves. Tom later goes after Susan before Red calls him to stop Tom. Red reveals that Tom is in fact Christopher Hargrave, Susan's long-missing son. Moments later, Susan enters and tells him about her son, how he disappeared twenty-eight years earlier when he was three years old and she always hopes to see him again. On Red's advice, Tom doesn't let Susan know he's her son but doesn't kill her for Agnes' sake. Tom searches for the truth about his true parentage and why he disappeared years ago, after reading the death of his father, Howard Hargrave. His search leads to a mother whose son made Tom disappear and procures a confession from him. Tom discovers his father, Howard, is alive and being held in a mental hospital. He also learns that Susan had faked Howard's death and had an ulterior motive for Halycon. This led to Tom convincing Nez to side with him as they try to uncover the truth of the secret Susan had been hiding the whole time concerning Whitehall. Solomon tries to stop Tom and Nez, claiming that Susan was set up by Howard and had no knowledge on it. After all of that Tom doesn't want to have anything to do with his parents and he leaves his mother's company. After the showdown between Red and Kaplan an Kaplan's death, Tom found the suitcase Kaplan left in the storage locker and looks inside it. He discovers the skeletal remains of an undisclosed person and closes the suitcase. Tom then takes it with him under Kaplan's orders to deliver the suitcase. For Liz's sake he wants to find out who bones they are and he calls Nik Korpal for help. Nik calls in his collegue Pete to help him and Pete is able to get DNA from the bones and runs a test on them. Because of the test certain people are alerted that the bones are out there and Pete gets kidnapped and Nik gets killed in the process. While Tom investigates who killed Nik and kidnapped Pete, he finally found out who the skeletal remains belong to and the connection she has with Elizabeth. Now realizing the truth, he calls Liz to come home and plans to tell her the truth about her mother along with the fact Red killed Korpal. However, Ian Garvey interferes with his group and attacks the two. Having taken back the bag containing the skeletal remains, he leaves and has a few of his men get rid of Tom and Liz to send a message to Red. Despite Tom's best efforts to fight them off, he is stabbed as Liz loses consciousness. Tom's final words are that Liz will be the one to make it and he dies in the hospital.

8. Berlin

Milos Kirchoff starts out in the Red Army, rises to the rank of Colonel and later becomes a member of the KGB. Notorious for sending his enemies to the gulags in Siberia, he is a loyal servant of the Soviet Union. In 1991, near the end of the Cold War, Kirchhoff takes part in a meeting in Kursk with other Soviet officials on how to combat their more progressive countrymen who want the Soviet Union dissolved. The meeting is interrupted when a bomb goes off, killing 15 attendants and the last of the old Soviet resistance. The act was done by a man named Kiryl Morozov on the orders of Alan Fitch, known as "the Decembrist", but Red is blamed. Shortly after that, Kirchhoff's daughter is suspected of falling in love with a dissident and imprisoned. He uses his connections to help her escape, but the Kremlin found out and decided to use him as an example to the Motherland. He is put in a Siberian gulag where a lot of people he had put away were imprisoned. One day, he is sent a pocket watch he had given his daughter. Over several months, someone sends him several body parts and is led to believe that they were his daughter's and that Red is behind it. In reality, Alan Fitch sends body parts belonging to someone else and helps Kirchoff's daughter escape to the United States. Eventually, Kirchhoff sharpens one of the bones he has been sent into a weapon, kills the people holding him captive and escapes and forms his criminal syndicate under the alias "Berlin". Kirchhoff still believes that Red killed his daughter and he kidnaps Naomi Hyland, Red's ex wife. Red meets with Kirchhoff several times. He agrees to get the money that was stolen from him in exchange that Red gets Naomi back from him unharmed. Kirchhoff once more blames him for his daughter's death and intends to hurt Red by going after Zoe, whom he assumes is Red's daughter. Red reveals that Kirchhoff's daughter is actually alive and someone else in his syndicate had lied to him about her being killed. He is soon reunited with his daughter, who had been living under an assumed name as Zoe D'Antonio. After being reunited with Zoe, Kirchhoff learns the truth of Red's innocence. He kills Kiryl Morozov after learning of Fitch's orders to frame Red and use Kirchoff as a pawn. Using Zoe to gain the access numbers to free Fitch, Red holds Kirchhoff at gunpoint. Red returns to the warehouse where he is holding Kirchhoff prisoner with a bottle of vodka and places 2 shot glasses in front of him. After they reminisce about the Cold War and finish the bottle, Red kills Berlin. Christopher Maly (Craig Keen, Tom's brother) Lucy Brooks (Jolene Parker) and Tom Keen worked for Berlin.

10. Dembe Zuma

Reddington's trusted and loyal bodyguard and confidante, Dembe Zuma is former freedom fighter from South Sudan. He was born the youngest son of Samwel Zuma. When Dembe's father reported a number of low-ranking operatives of a poaching organization to the authorities, the Mombasa cartel killed Dembe's father, mother and siblings and sold him to human traffickers. He spent eight years in the world of human trafficking and was enslaved until the age of 14, when Red found him half-dead and chained to a pipe in the basement of a brothel in Nairobi. Red took care of him, nursed him back to health and made sure he got an education. Dembe eventually got a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, learned to speak four languages fluently and learned six others well enough to get by. Dembe has a daughter, Isabella and a granddaughter, Elle. Matthias Solomon uses Dembe's daughter and granddaughter as leverage to force him to surrender to him. Dembe is further tortured by Solomon's associates for refusing to disclose Red's whereabouts. He later finds Mr. Vargas in the same situation, and the two team up to escape. However, Vargas betrays Dembe and shoots him. Dembe rescues Red and Liz from Solomon before collapsing from his injuries. After Red shoots Mr. Kaplan and leaves her for dead, Dembe's relationship with Red becomes increasingly strained. Eventually, he says to Liz that he no longer recognizes Red, and tells her he killed Mr. Kaplan. Dembe disappears after apparently poisoning Reddington. It is later revealed that he was innocent, but fled in order to find the true culprit. With Aram's help, he discovers that Mr. Kaplan was alive and was responsible for trying to bring down Red.

11. Tom Connolly

Thomas "Tom" Connolly is a good friend and colleague of Cooper. They meet prior to 2003 when Cooper is leading an FBI task force in the Middle East, and Connolly is the US Attorney prosecutor that works alongside the group. Sometime during the war, an American named Alan Rifkin defected to the Taliban, and assisted them in massacring a village in Afghanistan. Rifkin is captured, but refuses to confess to his crimes. FBI and military interrogators, on Cooper and Connolly's orders, then brutally beat Rifkin until he confesses. With this confession, he is sent back to the US and put on death row for treason and murder. Connolly becomes a prominent member of the US Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C.During the events revolving around Justin Kenyon and a bomb plot, Connolly visits Cooper at the Post Office, telling him that he is about to be confirmed as the next Attorney General of the United States. He wants Cooper to join him in the administration as Director of the FBI. Cooper declines. Connolly asks why Cooper won't take the job. Cooper tells Connolly about his serious health issues and that the prognosis is quite bad. He also tells him about the trial group he had recently been declined for, and how it is pretty much his only hope. Connolly uses his connections to get Cooper in the trial. Connolly is blackmailing Cooper into doing what he wants or he will make sure that Cooper is not going to be a part of the trial anymore. Connolly is revealed to be a new member of the Cabal. The Director states that betraying Cooper was the price of a seat at the table. Connolly reveals his involvement with the Cabal to Cooper and that he is part of the Cabal. He then admits that he has been gaining leverage from Cooper and the Cabal owns him. He threatens to shut down the task force since he is aware of the laws Cooper broke. Later, Connolly is appointed Attorney General. When Liz is framed for the assassination of a U.S. Senator, Connolly forces Cooper on administrative leave for keeping Liz from being questioned. Through Liz, Cooper discovers that his disease was a hoax orchestrated by the Cabal through Connolly, and angrily confronts him together with Liz. They threaten to give evidence proving his corruption to the FBI unless Liz is cleared of her charges, Karakurt is charged for the crimes, Cooper is reinstated, Charlene is released, and Red is left alone. Connolly ignores them, pointing out that he controls the FBI, he controls the Department of Justice, and no Federal judge will oppose him. Connolly tells them that the Post Office will be painted out as a rogue unit and its members prosecuted. When Liz points her gun at him, he tells her that killing him will accomplish nothing since he will only be replaced. Despite Cooper's pleas for her not to pull the trigger, Liz shoots and kills Connolly.

12. The Decembrist

Publicly, Fitch works as an Assistant Director of National Intelligence. On the side, he is a senior member of the Cabal whose secrets Red knows. Red has arranged for those secrets to be divulged in the event of his death in order to make sure Fitch's organization stays away from him. He is the one responsible for Berlin's daughter's disappearance, having helped her escape from a gulag and faking her death. Fitch arranges for Anslo Garrick to attack The Post Office and capture Red so that he could interrogate him as to whether Red's new arrangement with the FBI affected their previous agreement. He decides that Red had not betrayed the Cabal after all. He forbids Garrick from killing Red, as he believed that doing so would release the evidence against him and his cohorts. After Berlin finds out that Fitch is behind his daughter's disappearance, he orders his agents to abduct Fitch and strap a pipe bomb on him, intending to kill him. The FBI later finds Fitch with a bomb strapped around his neck. He is escorted to FBI headquarters and locked in the same box that Red was sent into after first being detained by the FBI. There, several bomb squad officers attempt to disable the bomb. Eventually, Fitch announces he does not want any more blood on his hands than he has already, and asks the bomb squad officers to leave. Fitch asks Red if he has the Fulcrum. Several members doubt that Red still has the Fulcrum. Red merely says that he cannot stop the bomb. Fitch says that his death will trigger a series of events, which will make it harder for the moderates to resist the radicals, and predicts that by 2017, conditions will get worse. Fitch names 2 members who might be willing to ally with Red. Fitch then tells Red the combination to a safe he has hidden away in St. Petersburg, but is unable to tell him the location within the city before the bomb explodes.

13. Ian Garvey

Ian Garvey knows about the suitcase with bones and wants to them in his possession so that he has leverage over Red. Somehow Garvey knows that Pete McGee, who is working together with Tom and Nik Korpal, ran a search through CODIS for the DNA on the bones. Nik Korpal goes to Pete’s apartment and he’s surprised that the front door is open. He enters the apartment and calls for his old classmate, then starts looking at the computer. Somebody comes up from behind him and strangles Korpal to death with a wire. As Nik’s limp body falls to the floor, we see a hooded man grab the suitcase and leave the apartment. Tom hears from Liz that Nik is dead and starts Looking for Pete. He gets help from Pete's girlfriend Lena Mercer. Ian Garvey sends men to capture Pete McGee but finds Tom and Lena instead. He holds them hostage and after further deliberation kills Pete and Lena, leaving Tom alive so he can contact Red. Garvey gets him to call Red and tell him that he “did what you hired me to do,” but Red already has his spy outside of Garvey’s hideout. Unfortunately, Red is still 20 minutes away and Tom is basically swimming in a pool of his former accomplices’ blood now. So when Garvey and most of his guards leave to go meet Red at the dummy location Tom gave him, Tom manages to use a wood-chipped scrap of Lena’s necklace to cut his zip-tie binds, take down a handful of guards, and set out into the woods. Garvey and his men follow Tom, who got in the car with Red and Dembe, to the farmhouse, ready to kill Tom and Red and take back the suitcase with the bones. Dembe runs over the guy outside, Red shoots everyone in their path out to the car, and Tom whips up a couple of Molotov cocktails to throw in their vehicles on the way out. Tom leaves Red and Deme and contacts Liz and tells her to come to the apartment. Liz rushes into their apartment, where she finds Tom tied up and bloodied, with Garvey and his men waiting to do the same to her. She puts up a solid fight but they get her subdued too. Garvey demands that Tom calls Red. Tom won't do that and Garvey stabs him in his abdomen and Liz gets punched in the face, sending her to the ground where she slams the back of her head. Once Garvey knows he won’t get anything else from them, he leaves with what he came for, the bones and tells his men to finish the Keens off and clean up. Garvey disappears with the suitcase and we don't know where he currently is and if he still has the suitcase. Later, Garvey kills Norman Singleton, who identified Garvey as Damascus. Liz identifies Garvey later at the crime scene. Garvey unsuccessfully attempts to take control of a witness, who saw him murder Singleton. Using the bones as leverage, Red is forced to abduct the witness. Even though Red succeeds, he tells Garvey that if he tries to use Liz as leverage, he will kill him. Garvey attempts to take Liz hostage after trying to locate the witness. The attempt failed due to Red finding out about his plans and had Dembe and his men rescue them. Garvey is shot multiple times by Keen and Dembe after he tries to kill Red. Keen treats Garvey's wounds and calls for an ambulance as she doesn't want Garvey to die without revealing the truth behind the bones to her. Though Garvey is rushed to the hospital, his wounds are severe, possibly even fatal. His attempt to tell Liz the truth fails as the bleeding becomes critical. Garvey died of his injuries during a conversation between Red and Liz. However, Liz is unhappy as Garvey's knowledge of what was in the duffle bag died with him.

14. Alexander Kirk

Alexander Kirk is a powerful billionaire businessman who made his fortune buying up Russian companies after the fall of the Soviet Union. Kirk was revealed to be the mysterious client who had hired Susan Hargrave to capture Liz. After Liz's death, he hires an assassin to kill Tom and take Agnes. Red and Hargrave steal 300 million dollars from Senator Diaz, a presidential candidate Kirk was backing, in an attempt to get Kirk to the United States, but Kirk does not take the bait. After Red frames him for selling oil to radical jihadists, Kirk is forced to appear before a congressional committee to testify. He changes his mind at the last minute when his men discover Liz is alive. He has Liz kidnapped and brought to him, where he reveals to her that he is her father, Konstantin Rostov. He is suffering from an unrevealed medical condition.

16. Anslo Garrick

Anslo Garrick is a mercenary who specializes in raiding classified and well defended prison facilities and extracting high level prisoners, always using extreme levels of violence. He works almost exclusively with a unit of highly armed, countryless mercenaries known as "The Wild Bunch". At some point, he successfully raids a CIA black site in the Bering Sea to exfiltrate a man named Mahmoud al-Azok. His employer pays him to plant evidence that blames the raid on Peruvian insurgent organization Shining Path. At some point he and Red work together, though the alliance ends in 2008 when Garrick gives the FBI Red's train number and itinerary for a stop at Waterloo station in Brussels. When Red arrives, a hit squad led by Ressler made an attempt on his life, but they fail. Red realizes that Garrick has betrayed him and shoots him, damaging the right side of his face and apparently blinding his right eye. However, Garrick survives and spends 5 years in a prison described as a "black hole". To remind himself of the incident, Garrick never repairs the facial scarring with surgery. At the request of Alan Fitch, he organizes and leads a raid on the Post Office.
The raid begins with a hijacked garbage truck being driven to the loading bay and as the truck approaches the compactor was opened to reveal armed men inside who quickly kill the FBI guards. Garrick and his men then place jammers on telecommunications links while killing any guards who try to stop them. After cornering the remaining FBI personnel in the armory, his numerically superior force captures them. The purpose of the attack is to capture Red, but he manages to enter a secure holding cell together with Ressler, who is shot in the leg by one of Garricks's men before Garrick and his men can catch Red. After discovering that the cell is reinforced against bullets and explosives Garrick tries to force Cooper to open the cell by threatening to kill him. When this is unsuccessful, he drags Luli Zeng in front of the cell, and threatens to shoot her unless Red opens the door. Red is unable to open the cell, so Garrick shoots Luli. He then drags Dembe in front of the cell and repeats his demand. Garrick realizes from Red's reaction to seeing Liz that threatening her will probably have a better outcome than threatening Dembe. When he puts the gun to Liz's head, Red forces Ressler to reveal the box password. Garrick uses the password and Cooper's hand to open the box. Garrick and some of his men take Liz and Red to the lower level and begin to drill though the floor. When the drilling is complete they all escape through the storm drains to a waiting ambulance. In the ambulance Garrick has to drive when Liz's escape causes the death of the original driver. Red's DARPA tracker is removed and Red is taken to a deserted building for interrogation. Garrick has Red suspended by his arms and a doctor injects Red with a drug to heighten his sensitivity to pain. Garrick then starts hitting Red, without requiring any information. After Alan Fitch finishes questioning Red, Garrick asks if he can kill Red. Fitch is initially unsure, but Garrick convinces him to let him kill Red. Garrick approaches Red and taunts Red by saying that after he has killed Red he will go after Liz. Garrick then asks if Red is actually feeling something. As Red plunges the scissors into the back of Garrick's neck he replies "regret".

17. Sutton Ross

Ross kidnaps Liz in an effort to force Reddington to reveal the truth about the bag of bones. Liz is eventually rescued by the FBI and Ross is killed by Reddington as he leaves with the bones. Later, Liz reveals to a hallucination of Tom Keen that she and Ross were working together to expose the truth about the duffle bag. Ross also brought in Jennifer Reddington to help show Liz the truth that so many people have died trying to reveal: the duffle bag contains the bones of the real Raymond Reddington. The man Liz knows as Reddington is in fact an unknown imposter and assumed his identity. With Ross' death, the imposter is left believing his secret to be safe once again, not knowing that Ross had already revealed the truth to Liz.

18. Susan Hargrave

Susan "Scottie" Hargrave and her husband, Howard, are the owners of Halcyon Aegis, a private military intelligence firm that deals with situations that directly violate official American foreign policy. They had a son together, Christopher, who disappeared without a trace at the age of three. Scottie is hired by Alexander Kirk to kidnap Liz. The entire operation went sideways and Liz got into an accident and died during childbirth. After learning she was involved with Liz's death, Red attacks Scottie's operations in order to force her to meet with him. She agrees, setting a trap for him. Red is alerted to the trap by Tom, and turns the tables, capturing Scottie instead. She denies any responsibility in Liz's death, and reveals that she was contracted to capture Liz by a man named Alexander Kirk. Red then proposes a temporary alliance with her. In order to catch Kirk, Red and the task force have to work together with Scottie, Solomon and Nez Rowan. Tom wants to kill Scottie for her part in Liz's death but is stopped by Red who tells him that Scottie is his mother.

19. The Capricorn Killer

The Capricorn killer a serial killer who left his victims posed in remote, inhospitable environments, impaled with a hand-forged sword, and holding the skull of a horned goat. During her time as a profiler, Liz worked on this case and her profile differed from everyone else’s. They all agreed that the serial killer was a white male in his 40s in a transitory blue-collar profession, and since his accelerated killing pattern indicated that he had gone out of control, others thought he had stopped; Liz believed he had just gone dormant and would return again. It seems she was right.. Liz goes along with Agent Graves and Samar to speak with the widow of the most recent victim, Ms. Seavers. She tells them that her husband was a good man who loved their young son more than anything, and shows them a photo of the two posing with swords. It seems that Mr. Seavers’ hobby was hand-forging swords in his workshop. A workshop which also happens to feature a hidden room with goat-skull shrines to each of the victims of the Capricorn Killer. Seavers wasn’t killed by the Capricorn Killer, he was the Capricorn Killer, killed in the style of his own ritualistic murders. This new killer’s style is clearly a little more varied. We get a nice long look at the next man he’s captured, strapped down to a body-shaped table, and sawed off one of his arms and both of his legs. The killer plays a video for the strapped-down man of the strapped-down man that he’s clearly recorded under duress, reading from a script that details exactly how he’s drugged him to immobilize his body, amputated parts of his limbs while he was out, and is now gearing up his circular saw to complete the set. The team finds that his latest butchered victim was, the Tristate Butcher, a serial killer who made recordings of butchering his victims. Another serial killer murdered in his own signature style.

21. Luther Braxton

Luther Braxton is a professional thief known for stealing money and information from the People‘s Republic of China, Iran, and the United States. He typically organizes his operations to take place during wars, natural disasters or other upheavals and take advantage of the surrounding chaos to cover them up. He is credited with stealing 282 million dollars from Baghdad during Operation Shock and Awe and the abduction of a CIA asset from Tehran during the 2009–10 Iranian election protests. Braxton has a past with Red, including an incident in Belgrade where Braxton bested him, killing Red's local point man and hanging him by the neck with one of Red's own neckties. While serving in the Gulf War, Braxton is involved in a traumatic friendly fire incident in Khafji. He is successfully given therapy to have the memories of it removed. Luther Braxton is imprisoned at the Factory, a CIA black site in the Bering Sea that houses inmates trained to resist torture. Red is also brought there after he was arrested in Hong Kong. Red has information that Braxton is going to break out the Factory and hands that information over to the warden in exchange for his freedom. Meanwhile Braxton is being tortured by electrocution, but doesn't talk. When the technicians call it off, one of the guards slips a piece of the electrical equipment into Braxton's mouth. After being taken to his cell, Braxton uses the equipment he has been given and other supplies from his cell to rig the door with the electrical wiring of a lamp. When a guard who is bringing him food tries to unlock the door, he is electrocuted and falls to the floor. An alarm goes off and the section goes on lock down. Guards with assault rifles and full SWAT gear enter the section and toss tear gas into his cell, but Braxton, who has covered his mouth and nose with a scarf, fights back, steals one of their rifles and kills them. Now free, Braxton unlocks the other cells of the section, which turn out to house his accomplices, a group of hackers, munition experts and former special ops fighters. Together, they break out, gas the security staff and take over the facility. As his operatives take hostages, including Samar and Ressler, Braxton is contacted by the CIA and asks to talk to someone in authority. He is put through to Harold Cooper and asks for the master code for the facility. Threatening to kill hostages, he gives Cooper ten minutes to decide. Then Braxton starts hanging Samar by the neck and Cooper gives it up. Planning to access information leading to the Fulcrum, Braxton's men go to the server room and enter the code. Meanwhile, Red and Liz are in the facility basement and overheat the boilers. The resulting explosion puts a stop to Braxton's plan, but alerts him to their location. He grabs Liz, who tells him that Red, who has been knocked unconscious, is dead. Red is found and woken up by one of the guards who works for him. After being given a shotgun by one of the facility's guards Red fights his way through the riot, breaks into the control room and takes out Braxton's guards. He tries to convince Braxton that the Fulcrum will only make him more of a target than he already is. When Braxton talks about the Fulcrum and a fire in which it disappeared, he spots the burn on Liz's wrist and realizes her connection to the incident. Red tells Liz to put a bullet in Braxton's head, but then they are interrupted by an air strike launched at the facility by the CIA. After being saved by the missile barrage, Braxton and his surviving accomplices grab Liz, disguise themselves as paramedics and use a medevac helicopter to fly to the Grace River Hospital in Juneau, Alaska. Once secure, they torture Liz for information about the Fulcrum, but realize that she can't remember the fire from her childhood. Braxton kidnaps Dr. Selma Orchard, who gave him memory therapy after his fire incident, and holds her son hostage, threatening to kill him if she doesn't get Liz to remember what happened to the Fulcrum. Braxton also gets a call from Red, who once again warns him that he is out of his depth. While Dr. Orchard and Braxton's men work on Liz to get her memories back, Braxton goes to a church to meet with the Director, who is revealed to be the one who hired him to raid The Factory. Now having a better idea of what's at stake, Braxton raises his price for the Fulcrum, but promises to have access to it by the end of the day. As Braxton leaves, he is ambushed by Red and Dembe, who force him into their car and drive away with him. Later, after Liz has been saved, Red kills Braxton and leaves him hanging in the Director's home.

22. The Scimitar

Red described him as a 2 parts conman, 1 part assassin. The Scimitar. An Iranian assassin also known as Walid Abu Sitta. In 2009, he kills a Sunni tribal leader after joining his militia and fighting for him for 7 months before finally killing him. He directs the suicide bomber that kills many people including Shahin Navabi, Samar's brother. In retaliation for the assassination of Kian Nouri, an Iranian nuclear scientist, carried out in part by Samar, he is hired to kidnap Amalia Collins. A key member of the Cloud Top missile research program. As he does not initially know her name, he creates an elaborate scheme to convince the FBI that one of his own team is a member of the Secret Service assigned to protect Professor Collins and is under threat of abduction. When Ressler and Liz go to take the man into protective custody, he stages a car accident. Ressler and Liz are apparently taken to Bethesda Naval Hospital for treatment. The Scimitar poses a doctor who is treating Ressler and Liz. Whilst in the "hospital" Liz calls Cooper and in the course of the call names Professor Collins. The Scimitar successfully kidnaps Professor Collins, but is prevented from completing the kidnap by Liz. He escapes to his safe house to find Red waiting for him. Red tied him up and calls Samar. Red leaves Samar to decide the Scimitar's fate. The Scimitar attempts to morally debate with Samar and fails. Samar shoots him and dumps his body in the river.

23. Zarak Mosadek

Zarak Mosadek is the department interior minister counternarcotics of Afghanistan, and also the country’s largest drug dealer. The Nash Syndicate answers to Mosadek, which means Mosadek is the key to attacking Garvey’s power. He would be untouchable in Afghanistan, but coincidentally, he happens to be preparing to travel to Paris. That means Reddington, Dembe, Ressler, and Samar will also be traveling to Paris. His son attends boarding school in Paris and there he gets abducted by the Taliban. Ressler and Dembe are able to get inside Mosadek’s hotel, just as the cables of his elevator are blown, which should trigger the emergency brakes, and safely plummet the elevator to the basement, where Dembe and Ressler can retrieve Mosadek. But since one of the cables doesn’t blow, the elevator gets precariously stuck between floors, a very compacted shootout ensues, and Dembe has to go inside the teetering elevator to pass Mosadek, the others, and himself through. Mosadek is delivered to Red, and the first thing he does is dump $10 million in diamonds on the table and beg to have his son back. Red says there’s been a misunderstanding. what Red wants is for Mosadek to cut Garvey’s drug supply, therefore taking away his power, and now, in order to get that, he has to get his son Mateen back from the Taliban. Mosadek has been acting as an informant for the U.S. military and the Taliban opium traders that he works with aren’t happy about it. Cooper attempts to get approval from Panabaker to intervene in Mateen’s rescue; he doesn’t get it, and they do it anyway. But the attempt for Mosadek to hand over the diamonds in a cemetery goes south, and he seems to disappear from thin air. When Samar and Ressler call Red, he knows of the cemetery as an entry point to the catacombs that run under the city, and he knows the next entry point to be in a church he once had some dealings with. Ressler and Samar head down into the catacombs to chase after Mosadek and Mateen’s abductors, Red and Dembe head them off at the church. After a few close calls and one shootout in the middle of a sanctuary, Mosadek and his son are back in Red’s custody, and he’s asking for the diamonds, which he promptly hands over to the startled church employee. Red tells Mosadek that he can express his gratitude for the rescue of his son by making good on his agreement to give him the one thing he wants out of Garvey. A meeting that concerns Mosadek's operation. Mosadek agrees to do that and continues to be a free man.

24. The Director

Peter Kotsiopulos is the director of the National Clandestine Service, the CIA component that deals with covert operations. He is also a high-ranking member of the Cabal, the criminal syndicate that Alan Fitch belonged to. However, he has far less respect for Red than Fitch had and is certain that Red is bluffing about having the Fulcrum. He seems to represent the more radical side of the Cabal, one far more ruthless than the rest of the organization. The Director arrives at the Post Office after Luther Braxton takes over The Factory and informs them who Braxton is and why the facility is so vital to them. Kotsiopulos later meets with other members of his syndicate and suggests that Red doesn't really have the Fulcrum, though his fellow members are still wary. In spite of it, they agree to sink The Factory into the sea to eliminate Red but they fail and Red and Braxton both survive. After killing Braxton, Red breaks into Kotsiopulos' home and hangs up the body inside accusing him of hiring Braxton to steal the Fulcrum. As they talk, Kotsiopulos makes it clear that he doesn't consider Red a real threat and believes that he is bluffing about having the Fulcrum. Red dares him to call his bluff and leaves. Kotsiopulos hires a hit man to kill Red. The hit man is partially successful and shoots Red, however Red survives. While his assassins are dealing with Red and his syndicate, Liz confronts Kotsiopulos in the middle of a meeting at the CIA and shows him that Red did have the Fulcrum. Kotsiopulos recalls the strike force, but tells Liz she is now a target. Later on, Kotsiopulos recruits Tom Connolly into his syndicate. The Director and therefore the Cabal are trying to frame Liz for the Orea bombing which killed 14 CIA agents and the death of a US Senator. When Red and Liz are on the run, the Director and his people are doing everything to find Red and Liz. Meanwhile Kotsiopulos meets with Matias Solomon, a Cabal member who is angry that their organization was exposed. He warns Kotsiopulos that the Cabal has grown unsatisfied with his performance and that he must deal with Red soon or the Cabal will come for him. Kotsiopulos is assigned to the task force after testifying at Laurel Hitchin’s presidential commission. Solomon visits Kotsiopulos again to warn him of his endangered position in the Cabal. In turn, he calls Solomon out for trying to take control of the Cabal and forces his cooperation. Red steals the money Kotsiopulos has embezzled from the Cabal. When Peter refuses to exonerate Liz and calls off his bluff again, Red reveals his knowledge of Kotsiopulos' embezzlement against the Cabal. He warns Kotsiopulos that his continued resistance will eventually turn the Cabal against him and that he will be assassinated, should they learn of his embezzlement against them. When Ressler brings Liz into the Post Office and locks her in the box for her own protection, the Director tries everything in his power to get the code from the box so he can execute the plans he had with her. After having effectively isolated Kotsiopulos, Red, the task force and Marvin Gerard team up together to bring him down. As Kotsiopulos schemes with Laurel Hitchin to assassinate Liz before she can testify, he gets a call about his wife having a panic attack and rushes to the psychiatrist's office. Unknown to him, this is a trap set by Red's team and he is captured. He is then taken aboard a Venezuelan plane where Red reveals he plans to have the Venezuelans turn him over to The Hague to be tried for war crimes as an American representative. As Kotsiopulos is a high ranking CIA official, this would cause the government international humiliation. Red then contacts Laurel and demands that she publically exonerate Liz to prevent this. Laurel reluctantly agrees and strikes a deal through Marvin Gerard where Liz is exonerated of all but the Tom Connolly murder. Laurel states she'll take her chances with Kotsiopulos and The Hague if he refuses. Laurel offers Red a deal and Red and Liz reluctantly agree to the deal. Laurel asks Red to deal with Kotsiopulos in exchange as the Cabal now sees him as a liability which Red agrees to. They watch a news report in which Laurel exonerates Liz, but implicates Kotsiopulos in his role in the Cabal, stating that he has fled the country. Kotsiopulos tells Red he knows who Red really is and his relationship to Liz, but Red is unconcerned. As the plane descends, Red throws Kotsiopulos from the plane and he crashes through a house, killing him.

25. Anna-Garcia Duerte

Anna-Garcia Duerte is a young girl who came to the U.S. from Brazil when she was 13, with her husband. She "helps" other underaged girls who are legally married to older men to get rid of these men. She kills them. There is an underground chatroom with 83 members, all girls under 18, all legally married to grown men. This chatroom seems to act as a support group for child brides, and in it, they speak of a guardian angel: “a mythic white knight who sets them free.” That guardian angel is Anna-Gracia. At the address listed on Duerte’s marriage license, Ressler and Samar find an open window and billowing curtains. They split up, and Samar races to the roof where she finds Anna-Gracia by the ledge, shouting at her to stay back. Anna-Gracia tells Samar that a man three times her age raped her when she was in Brazil, and when she reported it to the police, her parents were so ashamed, so angry at her, that they made up a story that she was in love with the man. She tells Samar that the day she snapped and killed her husband was the day she decided she would die if it meant saving others from that hell. Samar shares he own story andtakes Anna-Gracia’s hand and walks her off the ledge. Samar is able to help Anna-Gracia, telling the U.S. Attorney in a masterful bout of persuasion, that if this goes to trial, he’ll be the man fighting against a martyr for the most wide-spread sanctioned abuse of women in the world today. He decides not to try her as an adult, meaning that she could be fully free by the time she’s 21. Anna-Gracia can’t understand why they would do that for her. Samar tells her that for the first time in a very long time, that they are going to treat her for what she is. A child.

26. Lawrence Dane Devlin

Lawrence Dane Devlin is a fixer who is specializes in making problems go away. Devlin's disposal methods have a scientific flair. He considers himself a fanathologist. He is hired by Nicholas T. Moore to do dirty work. He kidnaps Maybell, a girl that lives in Moore's cult, from the hospital so she can be purified. When he gets into the elevator with her, Samar races down the service stairs. She makes it to a floral van with an empty wheelchair beside it, but when she comes around, the guy slams Samar in the head with the door, knocking her out. He throws Samar in the back of the van with Maybell, and takes off. He delivers Maybell to Nicholas T. Moore and tells him that he will take care of Samar. He takes her away in his van and is planning on killing her. He drives her to the woods but during the drive Samar manages to find something in the van that she can use to cut her ties with. She lights a piece of firework and because of the amount of smoke in the van Devlin has to pull over. Samar escapes and Devil goes after her. Her quickly finds her and she stabs him in the abdomen with a sharp piece of wood but he demands her to get back in the van. Because of his injuries they get into an accident. Samar tries to escape while Devlin is unconscious but fails to do so. He wakes up and leaves her behind in the van. But he is attacked by a bear and he dies.

29. Dr. Bogdan Krilov

Dr. Bogdan Krilov is one of the few people who has mastered the science of memory manipulation. Red hired him 25 years ago to erase Liz’s memories of shooting her father. Present day Mr. Kaplan hired Dr. Krilov to manipulate Ressler's memory. The FBI finds Krilov's storage container full of his medical equipment. Krilov looks on from a distance, phoning Kaplan to tell her his equipment has been seized, which is irreplaceable and without which he can’t do his work. Kaplan says she might have an idea of how to get him what he needs. Kaplan leads Krilov to Dr. Selma Orchard. The memory specialist who was forced to restore Liz’s manually suppressed memories a few years ago. Krilov threatens her with a gun and then knocks her unconscious and steals her equipment. Dr. Ochard's EEG machine connects to Wi-Fi, so once Krilov starts using it, they should be able to track him. Krilov is implanting Ressler’s mind with memories of Laurel Hitchin abducting an innocent woman and taking her to her river house. He’s using the EEG machine, so Aram is able to send Liz and Samar straight to the location of his lab. Liz and Samar go to the lab and they find out that Ressler is Krilov's "patient". Liz has some creative methods of getting answers. When Krilov tells her that Ressler was "an excellent patient, very pliable — unlike you," Liz gives him a nice little smack over the head. They strap him down in his own chair and they demand that he tells them where Ressler is. When he demands a lawyer, he gets a needle of his own medicine stabbed into his arm by Liz. He agrees to talk before she does any actual plunging. Krilov tells them that Ressler is headed to Laurel Hitchin’s house on the Potomac. Once Krilov is in FBI custody, Liz wants every detail from Krilov that will prove Ressler is innocent and every detail on what he did to her 25 years ago. But Krilov tells her it hasn't been 25 years since he last saw her, it’s only been two. Krilov said she was brought to him by a mutual acquaintance who wanted him to take care of some memories. He says he’ll give Liz those memories back in exchange for full immunity, and she only hesitates slightly before saying no.

30. Smokey Putnam

Joe Putnam aka Smokey Putnam is the first member of Red's new team which he needs to rebuild his empire after Mr. Kaplan took everything away from him. Red is going to a bail bondsman’s office and asks him for a job as a bounty hunter. Red arranges that, in exchange for $40,000, he’ll track down a man wanted for embezzling over $2 million from a carnival company and deliver him to his court hearing in two days. That man is Smokey Putnam, and though he is not a Blacklister like the Post Office needs, he will provide what Red needs: rent money. Red and Liz go looking for Smokey in Kentucky. There they meet two carnies who speak in a secret carnie language. They say they don’t know where Smokey is now, but they think it couldn’t have just been him embezzling the money because his boss Ms. Hawkins always counted the books, and she’s the one who cut the deal to testify against Smokey. Liz spots a photo of Smokey and a woman who turns out to be his girlfriend, Tammy Lynn. Tammy Lynn’s ceiling, upon inquiry via a few of Red’s carefully shot bullets, turns out to contain Smokey Putnam. With Smokey in tow, Red and Liz begin an exciting road trip back from Kentucky to D.C. Apparently, the carnival where Smokey worked has a side hustle of laundering money for a massive drug cartel. And that was the money Smokey decided to run off with. He tells Red if they just let him go, he’ll happily write him a check for his 40 grand because if they turn him in and he’s convicted, he will most certainly be killed by the cartel in prison. Red says no dice, but since their car was rammed to smithereens, he does treat Smokey and Liz to a bus ride to the Cincinnati Amtrak station. Unfortunately, the cartel creeps are listening in to the phone call Red makes to his boss and intersect them in Cincinnati. Red knows exactly where they’ll take Smokey as, in a ploy to gain his freedom, Smokey told Red where he’d hidden the embezzled cash. Red hot-wires a car, and they intercept the cartel in a warehouse in Richmond. Red tells him if he takes his money and leaves them, then Smokey will keep the cartel’s name out of his mouth in the trial. If he doesn’t take the money and leave, Red will shoot him. The cartel takes the money. Smokey seems to have endeared himself to Liz, but with Red’s insistence and one more ill-fated escape attempt, Liz helps hand him over to the authorities for his hearing and Red’s payday. Red didn’t tell Liz that the plan all along was to pay off a guard at Ms. Hawkins’ prison to put her into a fake prison transport vehicle, delivering her to Red rather than to the courthouse to testify against Smokey. That at some point in this caper, Red came up with a plan to make Ms. Hawkins, a top-notch money launderer, and Smokey, a logistics and tactics expert of carnie proportions, the first new team members of his new criminal empire.

31. Zal Bin Hasaan

Born in Iran, Shahin and his older sister, Samar, lost their parents to an Iranian government-employed assassin in 1992 because of their political affiliations. Samar eventually abandoned her country because of what happened to her parents and became an operative of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad. Meanwhile, Shahin became a political activist. In 2009, he and the Scimitar were responsible for a bombing in Pishin, Iran at a meeting between the opposition leaders and members of the army. 41 people were killed at the bombing and Shahin's blood was found on the scene. With everyone believing that he was dead, Shahin tookon the alias "Zal Bin Hasaan" and became an assassin for Iran, targeting and killing numerous Mossad operatives all over the world. Among his victims were the partner of Samar, who was killed in 2012 in an explosion in Cairo that hospitalized Samar, 31 people, 14 of them women and children, killed in a synagogue bombing in Buenos Aires, and a Mossad operative named Avi Lebov, who was killed by a car bomb along with 12 civilians. Hasaan is responsible for the abduction of 6 people that work for Lazarum Systems International. That company is providing technical expertise to Israel's missile defense shield to encrypt software for the iron dome. Together with a SWAT team and Mossad, Ressler and Samar raid the place where Hasaan keeps the abducted people. They also find a lot of people locked up in cages. On of them is Shahin Navabi, Samar's brother, who she believed was dead. What Samar doesn't know at that moment is that Shahin is Zal Bin Hasaan. She finds out after Mossad's facility is bombed and all the hostaged are executed. Hasaan is looking for a list of Mossad agents and their informants working around the world to find and execute him. Samar and Levi burn the list and Levi gets shot by one of Hasaan's men. Shahin/Hasaan abducts Samar but Red and his men come to her rescue. Red lets Samar decided what to do with her brother. Turn him in or hand him over to Red. She decides to hand him over to Red.

32. Mr. Solomon

Matias Solomon is a high-ranking member of the Cabal. He was a CIA asset in Ethiopia until he enlisted for the Eritrean-Ethiopian War. The CIA disavowed him after he committed horrific war crimes. Despite this, he was in charge of Operation Backslide, a CIA operation to assist Somalia against the Islamic Courts Union. Solomon works closely together with The Director. He visits The Director's office reprimanding the Director for his inability to prevent Red from releasing the Fulcrum and threatening that continued failure would mean his life. Solomon kidnaps Dembe's granddaughter and uses her to get to Dembe. Dembe goes to see Solomon and insists that Solomon brings his granddaughter back to his daughter and sacrifices himself for his granddaughter. Solomon drugs Dembe and holds him hostage. He tortures Dembe in the hopes of finding out Red and Liz's whereabouts. Dembe remains silent. Through a deception involving Mr. Vargas, who is now working for Solomon, Solomon finally tricks Dembe into revealing the information and captures Red and Liz. However, Dembe rescues them and drives Solomon off. Solomon is caught by the FBI when he follows Tom to Wing Yee's, in the hopes of ambushing Liz and Tom. He is interrogated by Ressler but The Director cuts in and tortures Solomon by forcing him to swallow fishhooks, a ruse intended to convince the FBI that the Director is not in league with him. Solomon is then released. Later, Solomon leads an assault team to kill Karakurt, who is being held by Tom, Cooper, and Ressler. He captures Tom at gunpoint and demands that Ressler hand Karakurt over. However, Cooper knocks him out from behind, and Ressler arrests him. While being transported by federal agents, Solomon is rescued by his new "boss". Now working for this new "boss" he plans to steal a nuclear weapon. This plan turns out to be a decoy to divert the FBI's attention from his real mission which is to capture Liz. He and his men surround the church where Liz and Tom are about to be married and demand that Liz come with them or they will kill everyone else and take her by force. Red, Tom, and the task force are able to fend off Solomon's men long enough for Ressler to come to the rescue, allowing Liz and Tom to escape. He chases Liz again after her escape and hunts her ambulance as Red tries to take her to the hospital to save her life. Solomon is able to disable Red's vehicle and pins him and his men down. Eventually FBI backup arrives and Solomon flees as his men are killed. However, the delay in getting to the hospital caused by Solomon's attack causes Liz to die. Solomon and Tom are forced to work together in an operation to take down Alexander Kirk who had ordered the kidnapping off Liz. During the mission, Tom and Solomon rob a pharmacy together and Tom shoots Solomon as revenge for Liz's death. Minutes later the police enter to find a pool of blood but no sign of Solomon himself.

34. Isabella Stone

Isabella Stone who's real name is Judith Pruitt, is a character assassin. She has been after Red for several weeks now. Killing Red's people, including Red's courier and the wife of one of Red's business associates, a man named Santos. She will go to any lengths to scandalize, humiliate, and vanquish her target, with no regard for the collateral damage. Previous takedowns include a renowned cardiologist charged with a series of angel-of-death killings that Red says were in fact cause by Isabella Stone hacking his patients’ prescription drug regimens, as well as a high-end fashion designer who was discovered to be employing awful child labor practices when a factory that burned down in a developing country turned out to belong to her. Isabella/Judith was the wife of Gavin Pruitt, a man arrested years ago for one of the first big Wall Street pyramid schemes. Apparently he insisted he was innocent all along, and his wife stood by him, but he was sentenced to prison for 10 years, during which time he was stabbed to death by a fellow inmate. Or so everybody thought. Gavin was working for Red as an accountant and Isabella thinks that Red got him killed because he talked to the FBI about working with Red but he didn't. Instead Red helped Gavin walk away from everything he loved in order to protect his family but Isabella thought he was dead for all these years. Isabella gets arrested after trying to kill Dr. Sperry, an admired physician who’s been restricted to a wheelchair by ALS. He has a medical foundation and Isabella found out that multiple wire transfers were made from Red to the Sperry Foundation in exchange for acting as part of his criminal cartel. She’s taken off in handcuffs and chains, but her transportation caravan is run off the road and held at gunpoint. Red kidnaps her and puts her in a walk-in freezer demanding to know who she works for. After Red tells her that he didn't kill her husband and that he is in fact still alive, but re-married, Isabella tells Red that she took the assignment anonymously but was paid through a credit stick that he can find in her apartment.

37. Greyson Blaise

Greyson Blaise is a notorious thrill seeker/under-the-radar art thief. He steals a hefty diamond necklace, exit the room while taking off his heist-y clothes, enter the room next door, and walk up to the podium in his tux to introduce the Napoleon Diamond Necklace, which everyone has gathered at this event to see. But when everybody heads into the display room, the diamond necklace is missing. Ttucked safely away in the clutch of Greyson Blaise’s date. Red tells Cooper and Liz about Blaise but he isn’t handing over this information to capture Blaise. Red wants to get into contact with Blaise, to convince him to work together with Red so people will fear Red again because he is aligned with Blaise. Red says all he needs to do is convince Blaise he’s not broke, and all he needs from the Post Office is a lift to Italy on an FBI jet. But once everyone goes undercover at the auction and they watch Blaise buy a $3 million penny, things go a little off script. Blaise doesn’t seem interested in doing a deal with Red, so Red mentions that he’s heard there’s a mole in Blaise’s operation. When that doesn’t pique his interest, he even more casually mentions that he’s having a party at his house on Lake Como, and perhaps Blaise might want to swing by “to see the Rembrandt.” A painting that was stolen in 1990. And Blaise still only marks himself down as a “maybe.” Liz was at least able to put a tracking device on the back of his girlfriend’s earring, and now the only thing left to do is acquire a house on Lake Como, get the FBI to pay for an extravagant party, and find that priceless painting that’s been missing for nearly 30 years. Luckily, Red knows exactly where it is, given that he brokered the sale of it 27 years ago. But the painting is no longer where Red thought it was so plan B is Red using reverse psychology to goad an expert paint-impressionist named Dale into recreating “The Storm on the Sea of Galilee” in 24 hours. Blaise shows up 20 minutes before the fake painting gets to the house. Red distracts him just long enough to walk him into the room right as Ressler and Dale are hanging the Rembrandt recreation on the wall. So Red tells him that his men were just taking the painting down because Red is giving the painting to Blaise. Blaise has the painting loaded in his car but Red has tipped off an Italian crime inspector, waiting at the end of the driveway to arrest Blaise when he leaves with the painting. After that Red and Liz go to Blaise's house and convincing the entire staff that he is Blaise’s lawyer and, along with his associate Miss Chloe, they need to burn every paper record, give him every electronic record. Red goes looking for the 3 million dollar penny that Blaise bough on the auction earlier. He finds it together with the necklace Blaise stole and he takes it with him. Red's real plan is that once the Italian police realize the painting is a fake, Blaise will have to be set free, at which point the FBI can arrest him because now they have all this real evidence against him, curated by one Raymond Reddington. His entire plan worked, and best of all, he was the only one who got to know about it.

38. The Troll Farmer

Bo Chang is a computer genius, also known as The Troll Farmer, aided by a team of other "trolls", specialized in using the internet to create diversions or provoke reactions. The Troll Farmer uses social media to conduct highly coordinated disinformation campaigns on behalf of governments, lobbyists, corporations, crime syndicates, and on occasion, a humble fugitive. He's mastered the art of information warfare by creating events, virtual hoaxes designed to piggyback on real public anxiety. He activates hundreds of fake accounts to post thousands of tweets, creating the appearance of, say, a terrorist attack in Paris that served as cover for an art heist. He doctors screenshots from news outlets to report an ebola outbreak in Atlanta in order to drive up the stock of a drug company developing a cure. The Troll Farmer is much more than a rumor monger. The events he creates appear to be real and provoke a very real response. Smoke manufactured to draw the cameras away from the real fire. Red, who had him on retainer for 3 years, asked for Chang's help to get Liz and himself out of the country when they were on the run. Red gave the FBI The Troll Farmer in return for Ressler's word that he would give Liz the benefit of the doubt. The FBI raided Chang house and arrested him.

41. The Artax Network

The Artax Network is a defunct network of communications satellites that was intended to provide data coverage throughout the globe. Matias Solomon and his employers used it to track all of Liz movements and actions. Aram discovered this and the FBI forced Solomon's group to abandon the network.

42. The Kingmaker

The Kingmaker is a political expert who manipulates political careers. He acts as a mercenary who drives politicians to the height of power or destroys their careers. His tactics range from staging media events to assassinating the competition. He was said to groom his clients for years, deciding their education, careers, and even their family. He convinces Patrick Chandler, an aspiring state assemblyman, to stage a car accident on bridge as a "media stunt". This earns Chandler attention in the media, but his wife dies in the accident. He insists on moving on with the plan even after Chandler informs him that the FBI was asking questions about the staged accident. The Kingmaker later visits the man he paid to force Chandler's car off of the bridge and kills him to silence him, staging the death as a suicide. As the next part of his plan for Chandler, the Kingmaker goes after Senator Albert Mitchell. Under the guise of a burglary, he attempts to assassinate the senator, as his death would force a special election for his seat in the U.S. Senate, which Chandler would be in prime condition to take over. After shooting Mitchell, The Kingmaker hides to avoid Ressler and Liz. Ambushing Liz, he begins to strangle her but is shot and killed by Ressler.

43. The Djinn

Nasir Bakhash was the eldest son of Bahram Bakhash, the owner and CEO of a New York-based holding company, Azeri Financial. When Nasir came out as gay at the age of 19, Bahram, unable to accept it, forced him to undergo a sex change to make his attraction to men more acceptable and change his name to the feminine Nasim. Even after she went through all that suffering, Nasim was still effectively disinherited by her father and began her own business as "the Djinn". Using a network of operatives, she helped high-paying clients live out their own personal revenge fantasies, arranging for the object of their rage to be kidnapped and taken to a private location where the clients could make them suffer any way they saw fit. Along the way, she took advantage of the crimes she assisted in to damage Azeri Financial as part of her own revenge plan against her father. Red credited Nasim with facilitating the kidnapping and rape of a British princess and the kidnapping of a big game hunter who was locked in a cage with a lion and mauled to death. Nasim had her father kidnapped and she tortured him at her house for what he did to her in the past. Red and Liz locate Nasim cause she has something that Red wants. A notebook with all the names of her clients. Red has the FBI surround Nasim's house. Red has an escape plan for him and Liz and in order from Nasim to go with them she needs to give Red the notebook. Nasim gives Red the notebook but once they are at the chopper that Red arranged for, Liz holds Nasim at gunpoint so she can't enter the chopper. Red rips one page out of the notebook and throws the book out of the chopper and Nasim is being arrested by the FBI.

44. The Endling

Nirah Ahmad aka The Endling is a legendary criminal who creates one-of-a-kind items. The team finds out that Ahmad is going to take down a plane in Baghdad carrying two of three remaining statues of the Sumerian goddess Inanna, leaving only one in existence. Or stealing the genetic profile from a new kind of barley and destroying all but one of the samples. These are specific crimes, but people will pay a high price for such one-of-a-kind items. She murdered a very special horse and the team goes to see Caleb Hess, the owner of the murdered stallion’s only offspring. The murdered horse was just a stepping stone to a true endling. the “Endling,” never said anything about murder; she just offered to increase his foal’s value in exchange for him giving her the security protocols his security firm would have put in place for the daughter of the King of Montenegro, Princess Sonya. Princess Sonya is the sole heir to the throne, so if she dies, the entire family would end, presumably making her an endling. Nirah Ahmad tries to kidnap Princess Sonya but because she is so heavily protected, Nirah kidnaps Princess Sonya's assistant Ana. But Ana is not her assistant. She’s basically like a living blood bank for her, should anything go wrong during her pregnancy. Sonya has a rare type of blood, but Ana has an even rarer type of blood, known as "Golden Blood". Golden Blood is a universal donor for other rare types of blood, and only seven people in the world have it. Ana is one of them. Two other Golden Blood carriers have gone missing in the last three months and the only other one in the country is an 8-year-old boy named Ethan Isaacs, currently in the ICU at a D.C. hospital. Ethan is kidnapped from the hospital and Aram finds out that Ethan didn't have medical files until 2011 because he was adopted from Syria in 2010. His birth mother is Nirah Ahmad, who is not only one of the only other seven people in the world with Golden Blood, but is also the woman in the back seat of the car with Ethan. With the illness that Ethan has, saving his life would require serious blood transfusions and a heart transplant from a Golden Blood donor that the hospital couldn't provide. They were sending him home to die. And Nirah wasn't creating a Golden Blood endling; all this time, she’s been abducting enough Golden Blood carriers to perform the procedure needed to save Ethan’s life. Red and Liz are lead to an abandoned zoological research facility with a fully functioning hospital on the second floor, filled with forced Golden Blood donors and paid medical personnel. Nirah pulls a gun, but Red plays to her all-consuming desire to save her son. He tells her that if the FBI shows up, they’ll take Ethan back to the hospital and he’ll die. But if she trusts him, he says he knows someone who can help, and he’ll take her and Ethan to them. Red goes to Nik for help and he forces him to go to another warehouse medical facility and perform yet another operation under duress. When the time comes for Ethan’s heart transplant, Red hands Nirah a gun, and she shoots herself in the head so Ethan can receive her heart and she can save her son's life.

46. The Debt Collector

The Debt Collector is a middle school janitor named Edgar. The Debt Collector is an avenging angel who’s hired to exact poetic revenge. He is hired by Red to kidnap Liz so he can get to Mr. Kaplan. Red is calling Liz to tell her that his network of spies has informed him that this Debt Collector has recently been hired to go after her. At Edgar’s home address, Samar finds his collection of body parts floating in jars in the basement. When Liz is packing a bag at her house to go to a safe house, the Debt Collector is already at her house and sprays something in her face that makes her unconscious. The team thinks that a man named Tyson Pryor hired the Debt Collector because in 2012, Pryor sent out eight letters to eight different college presidents around the country. The envelopes contained only blank pieces of paper with anthrax. He did this because he was angry about not getting tenure at the university where he was a professor. Liz was the one to solve the case and the team thinks that is why Pryor hired The Debt Collector to go after Liz. The Debt Collector takes Liz to a cabin and ties her to a chair as they wait for Pryor to come claim his revenge. But it’s not Pryor who shows up. It’s Red. He admits to Liz that he was indeed taking advantage of Kaplan’s love for her, but he sees no other option. After that he kills the Debt Collector.

47. Frederick Barnes

Frederick Barnes is a bioterrorist. Barnes works for the United States government designing biological weapons and the antidotes. He has a son with one of his colleagues, Anne Forrester. Because she is married, the child, Ethan, is raised by her and her husband. At the age of five, Ethan develops Kurz disease, a rare and untreatable vascular condition. Barnes reaches out to his contacts in the pharmaceutical industry to raise funding for a cure, but since Kurz disease is so rare and creating a cure would cost more than it could hope to repay, they turned him down. Barnes then resigns from his job at Arpax Systems, sells his house, goes underground and becomes a developer and black market dealer of weapons of bioterrorism and chemical terrorism, working on the cure for Kurz disease on his own. While he develops and sells his weaponized diseases, he never deployed them in person, but sells them to anyone who can afford them, among them Red. He infects over 600 people with Kurz disease to find a person with a natural immunity. After a survivor is found, he sedates her and takes a bone marrow sample. He takes the untested cure to his son, Ethan but Liz stops him from using it. After arguing over the cure's safety, Liz shoots him just as Barnes is about to inject his son.

48. The Kilgannon Corporation

Colin Killgannon was the son of the international smuggler Arthur Killgannon, known in the criminal underworld as "The Irishman". Alongside his father, Colin smuggled substances, objects, and people all over the world, working under the cover of being consultants for the shipping industry. The Killgannon family operated from Bulgaria, where they developed powerful political allies. After the fall of Red's organization due to Mr. Kaplan's actions, the Killgannons took over his human smuggling operation and seized Red's routes. At the same time, Colin took over the family's smuggling operation from his father, becoming the leader of the Killgannon organization. However, Colin proved out to be far more ruthless than Arthur, and ran the smuggling business on inhuman terms, transporting his clients in overcrowded cargo ships. Colin killed her father because his father wanted to get him out of the business. After Dembe has gone undercover to find out where the clients are taking. Once transported to Macedonia, they go to a shipping complex that seems to serve as an undercover weigh station for Colin’s hub of smuggling operations. The bad news is that there are hundreds of frightened migrants there; the good news is that the Post Office is able to track Dembe’s device there, and they’re confident there’s enough inside to make a case against the Kilgannons, get the local authorities involved, and get Dembe out. When Dembe tries to stop the guards from placing the little girl in a separate truck from her parents, he gets punched in the jaw, breaking the device keeping him connected to the Post Office. Local authorities are pulling in now by the dozens. Inside, they find hundreds of humans packed into trucks but no Dembe. It seems that seven trucks made it out before the authorities arrived, including the one holding Dembe and the little girl. The drivers were instructed to ditch the trucks in hard-to-find places and evacuate. So unless the Post Office is able to find the drivers, they have little hope of finding the seven trucks quickly. Red is waiting for Colin with his gun drawn when he comes walking into his garage. Red shoots both of Colin’s associates and turns his gun on Colin. After Colin has given him the names of the truck drivers, Red kills Colin.

50. Arioch Cain

When a bounty is placed on Liz's head, Red, Liz and Aram find out that the bounty was placed on a website called “deadnotalive.org”. A website that set up bounties for contract killers via crowd funding from civilians. The bounty was put up by someone named Arioch Cain. At first it is believed that Arioch Cain is a man and with the help of Aram, Red and Liz try to track him down. When they track him down Red and Liz go to his house to force him to take down the website which has the bounty on. The man doesn't seem to know what Red is talking about and it is revealed that his daughter Blair is the one that put the bounty on Liz. Blair lost her mother, Sharon, in the OREA bombing, which was carried out by Karakurt and blamed on Liz. Believing the official story that Liz was the bomber, Blair creates a profile at “deadnotalive.org”. During a confrontation with Red and Liz, Blair refuses to take down the page, believing that Liz killed her mother and having her killed was the only way to avenge her. Liz makes Blair aware of the dangers of her actions in helping the Cabal recruit assassins to execute her. When she deletes the page, Blair realizes that Liz was framed and the Cabal is responsible for her mother's murder. Red and Liz leave her alone and they don't turn her into the FBI.

51. Mr. Raleigh Sinclair III

Mr. Raleigh Sinclair III is a master in the art of manipulation known as The Alibi who somehow tricks multiple eyewitnesses into providing alibis to killers. Most recently, a man named Sam DeMarco was suspected in connection for the untimely demise of his business partner, with whom he just so happened to have recently had a nasty falling out; DeMarco was the prime suspect until four independent eye witnesses placed him miles from the murder scene. The Alibi only works with people who want to commit the crimes themselves and somehow devises a plan that can allow that bespoke murderer to be in two places at once. The Alibi can exonerate anyone from any crime by getting people to swear to things they’ve never seen. Once Delores (a homeless woman) identifies Sinclair, Red heads to Sinclair’s workshop, where he finds dozens of face molds and teeth and nose prosthetics and spare skin that could change someone who looks a lot like another person into someone who’s identical to another person. When Samar and Ressler arrive, they realize that they’ve probably got enough files to pin dozens of murders to Sinclair and the murderers he found doubles for, but the only dossier missing is the project he’s currently working on. Red has that dossier. Red tells Sinclair he’s heard whispers of his ability to put a man in two places at once. He tells him that the FBI has taken possession of his files, and with Red’s help, they can take possession of Sinclair. But if Sinclair does as Red asks, he’ll make sure that doesn’t happen. We don’t get to know what Red asks. What we do know is that in return for hijacking their Blacklister, Red gives the Post Office the location of all the doubles’ bodies so that every single one of Sinclair’s clients, even the ones who were previously acquitted for the murders of their original victims, can be tried for murder.

52. Ranko Zamani

Ranko Zamani is a Serbian national educated in the United States. He works as a terrorist responsible for several atrocities. Red credits him with an attack on the U.S. embassy in Damascus in 1986, the abduction of six foreign nationals from the French embassy in Algiers in 1997 and a 2002 break-in at the Krung Thai Bank in Bangkok. In 2007, he faked his own death. Almost immediately after turning himself in to the FBI, Red reveals that Zamani is alive. He names him as the prospective abductor of Beth Ryker. General Ryker's daughter. After the successful abduction of Beth Ryker, Zamani goes to the house of Tom and Liz, where he tortures Tom for information prior to the arrival of Liz. When Liz arrives he questions her about what she knows of his plans, and what Red has told her. In order to encourage her to answer truthfully he stabs Tom in the leg. He then stabs Tom in the stomach telling Liz that she can save lots of people or only one person. While Liz is tending to Tom, Zamani escapes. Liz and the FBI, with some hints from Red, realize that Zamani is dying and that he wants revenge for the death of his family during the Yugoslav Wars. Zamani meets with Red and informs him of Tom's injury, which Red apparently ordered. The meeting turns out to be a setup, and Ressler kills Zamani.

53. The Thrushes

The Thrushes is a mysterious group that specializes in hacking the world's most secure computer systems. It was created in 1982 by a charismatic Bulgarian genius, Plemen Radkov. He was arrested in 1986 by the KGB and died seven months later in a Siberian gulag. After that, The Thrushes went underground. Their specialty is not only cracking systems, but doing so without leaving a trace of their intrusion. The Thrushes choose their clientele based on two criteria. Cash and the technical challenge of the hack. Alexander Kirk hired to them to hack into the FBI database system. Elise, Aram's girlfriend is working for the Thrushes and manages to get in the system by hacking Aram's level 4 security clearance. When the team finds out, Aram developed something to hack into the servers of The Thrushes. When Elise comes over for dinner, Aram manages to upload the worm to Elise's laptop but she finds out and she and Aram get into a fight. Aram calls out the safety word "banana" and Ressler and Samar storm in to arrest Elise.

54. Ilyas Surkov

When there is a chemical plant explosion in Leeds, England newspapers are saying it’s the work of terrorist Ilyas Surkov, but Red knows one important thing about Surkov. He’s dead, and has been for 15 months. Aram finds that in the 15 months since Red claims Surkov died, he’s “taken credit” for three major international attacks, including the chemical plant explosion in Leeds. So who exactly is using his name to commit terrorist attacks? Liz and Ressler go to England and meet MI6 agent Gladstone. Gladstone doesn’t buy their copycat theory because, with the help of the CIA’s Surkov task force, they’ve placed secret chemical markers into the C-4 of the company suspected of selling explosives to Surkov. The C-4 used in the Leeds explosion contained those chemical markers, meaning it must have come from Surkov. The team continues with Red’s theory, setting out to find who is buying the C-4, if not Surkov. The known seller identified by MI6 and the CIA is Raquan Ghaffari, a demolition contractor in Belgrade. Samar goes undercover and he’s able to convince Ghaffari that she’s with Surkov’s team and he’s sent to her to ensure the rumor that MI6 has tagged his chemicals isn’t true. But at some point, as Ressler and Liz look on and Aram listens to the wire feed from the car, Ghaffari catches on that something is up and Samar takes off after him. But just as she catches up with him in the alley where Aram’s car is, a van pulls up, and people hop out and grab both of them. Ressler, Liz and Aram takes off after whoever has Samar and Ghaffari. When Ressler backs them into a corner they can’t get out of and everyone barrels out of their cars with guns drawn. The CIA has taken Samar and Ghaffari. The CIA team takes Ghaffari and the FBI team to their safe house to figure out what to do with him and each other. Liz sits outside the interrogation room talking to Agent Calhoun, who tells Liz that she’s been searching for Surkov for six years; she left the Agency in 2015, but a year later Reuther called her and talked her into coming back in for the hunt. Now they’ve got Ghaffari in their grips but he’s not talking. After roughing him up, Reuther comes out and says he’ll crack eventually. Liz has Ghaffari primed and ready to talk though, so Reuther heads back in with his translator, while at the same time, we’re seeing Cooper talks with Leon Cox, the CIA Director of Operations, to talk about their teams’ impromptu little meet-up butCox says there’s no safe house in Belgrade, and the Surkov task force is currently in London. Reuther pulls a gun just as Ressler does, and suddenly everyone is shooting. All the other “CIA” members get away except Calhoun, who gets taken back the Post Office. Calhoun remains loyal to Reuther, but there’s only so long she can deny the fact that no one at Director Cox’s office has ever heard of Reuther and that he apparently recruited their team onto a fake CIA task force. Ressler says it’s Reuther who’s pretending to be Surkov and organizing these attacks, and they now have intel from Ghaffari that there’s another one planned nearby in Virginia. Reuther’s real name is Brian Osterman, and Cox says he was disavowed from the Agency in 2008, after which he became disillusioned and went dark. He pilfered a missing black-ops slush fund to operate his own fake-CIA task force. Liz finds Osterman posted up with a sniper rifle aimed toward a swarm of Navy officers. Osterman tells Liz that he is not using Surkov as a cover, the CIA is. Osterman claims that when Cox found out Surkov was dead, he decided to use his name to do America’s dirty work. But soon it became clear the jobs we were doing weren’t America’s filthy work, they were Cox’s. At this very moment, Osterman has his gun trained on a CIA agent delivering C-4 in a backpack as part of a “false flag operation.” Liz says she still can’t let him shoot a CIA agent following orders, so she shoots him in the arm. Then there’s a huge explosion.

55. Karakurt

Known in the intelligence community as the Left Hand of the SVR (the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service), Karakurt, which is Russian for spider, is an assassin employed to silence Russian dissidents and known high-profile critics of the Russian regime. He specializes in either making his murders look like non-criminal causes, such as accidents, suicides or natural deaths, or like the work of other criminals. Karakurt is smuggled into the country by Quan Zhang, to perform some act of terrorism so that it will be blamed on Russia and become the catalyst for a new cold war. Red figures out that Karakurt has constructed an IED and has it in a white moving truck that right outside of the CIA sub-station that Ressler and Liz have just exited when the whole thing blows up. Ressler and Liz get a new lead on Karakurt and go to Union Station where Liz spots a man in the exact same clothes Karakurt was wearing in the surveillance picture. When she goes after him, he catches her off guard, knocks her out and runs away. The team discovers that Karakurt working on a weapon of individual destruction, which will only effect one person. When the task force discovers that Karakurt wants to poison a senator, Liz tries to stop the senator right before he touches Karakurt, thinking this will activate the WID. What she doesn’t know is that she’s actually the one that is carrying the weapon which has activated and killed the senator. Karakurt has infected her with the virus when she ran into him at Union Station. Tom Keen later tracked down and captured the real Karakurt in hopes of using him to exonerate Liz. When Mathias Solomon and an assault team attack their location, Ressler and Tom reluctantly allow Karakurt to aid them in stopping the killers. Karakurt saves Tom's life during the battle and is then promptly restrained once more. While Solomon tries to force them to turn Karakurt over to him, Cooper knocks him out from behind and he is arrested. Karakurt later reluctantly agrees to testify about the Cabal and Ressler has him led into the courthouse in front of the press and exposes him as the true terrorist. This, along with Red's efforts, exonerate Liz.

56. The Cook

Thomas "Tommy" Owen Wattles is an arsonist and a serial killer and used to be a priest.
We first see him covering himself in what turns out to be some sort of flame retardant, stringing up a bunch of mason jars around the ceiling of a living room, and lighting the whole contraption on fire as he sits just on the edge of the fire zone and the jars begin to drop like fire balls. A woman walks in the room and is immediately engulfed in flames. The man, who was drinking a beer, calmly gets up and walks away, untouched by the flames.
When Samar and Ressler are investigating the scene, they put a blacklight on the walls and they find an upside-down pentagram drawn on the wall with the words “Discipline Not Faith” written across it. As it turns out, that’s a signifier Aram is able to tie to seven other arson fires, of which only one victim survived. Through a witness at one of those fires identifying a car, Aram is able to get an address from a rental car agency, and Ressler and Samar show up at the man’s arson lair. But the man is there and immediately triggers a contraption like the one we saw earlier, giving him time to run out and burning most of his evidence. When Fagan is brought back in, he uses some of the man’s supplies to uncover a receipt that places him at a hardware store, and the Post Office is able to identify him as a priest. A priest whom we see at an airport bar staring at a young woman. That young woman goes over to him and asks for some impromptu confession time. She tells him that she cheated on her fiance. And when she hugs him goodbye, he holds on to her waist, touches her skin. When Samar and Ressler go to question the head of the unique sect of priests that the man’s garb indicated he was part of, the head priest responds to news with: “Men?! He’s killing men, not just women?” Wattles confessed to him about having nonstop fantasies about burning women alive whom he found attractive, and of course he got fired for breaking his celibacy vows, and of course he hates women because of that, and of course he now cleanses any woman who tempts him sexually with an elaborate fire murder. Wattles shows up at the woman from the airport’s house, asks her why she “dresses like this” , touches her all over, ties her to a chair, and begins rigging up his fire contraption. She begs to know why he’s doing this. He kisses her on the mouth, gets angry, then slaps her. The FBI storms in and the man runs outside, douses himself in accelerant and commits suicide-by fire.

57. The Judge

Ruth Kipling is the founder of the Amnesty Collective, a death penalty abolishment movement. After her father is wrongfully convicted, she begins to imprison or execute court and police officials who had wrongfully convicted others. Known as The Judge, she aided by a group of accomplices, runs a secret prison yard network where she reviews prisoner's appeals, using the Collective as a cover to keep tabs on their lives behind bars. She would always let the officials she imprisoned suffer the exact same punishments they had sentenced someone to, be it the number of years served in prison or an execution. Kipling has contact with Rifkin, the latest prisoner to contact her, by working as his spiritual advisor upon the closing in of his death sentence. After Rifkin dies, she kidnaps Connolly and Cooper, who had beaten Rifkin's confession out of him. She is about to execute Cooper with a makeshift electric chair when Red arrives with proof that Rifkin really did commit the crimes for which he was executed. Cooper is released, The Judge is apprehended, and later sent to prison.

59. The Apothecary

Asa Hightower a.k.a The Apothecary is a druggist whose potions hijack the immune system, causing any number of allergic reactions, each one impossible to identify unless you know what to look for. Red’s lead on how to find the Apothecary is Elario Penetti, head of a drug syndicate set to be charged with having his biggest rival’s company burned down thanks to a confession from his accountant, Helen Dolly, until she went into a mysterious coma two days before the trial. Her symptoms presented as an acute allergic reaction, and since she had been to the hospital twice in the past for a tree nut allergy, that was how they treated it. But in fact, she’d been affected by a poison designed by the Apothecary to mimic the symptoms of an allergic reaction precisely so the doctors would waste precious time treating the wrong thing, allowing her to lapse into a coma. The Apothecary was hired by Helen's husband to design the poison. Helen had her husband sign a prenup. That pre-nup states that the spouse gets nothing as a result of death or divorce before 10 years. And two weeks before their tenth anniversary she went into a mysterious, incurable coma. The Apothecary has a his wife who he keeps completely incapacitated in bed. He hooks up a bell to her finger, so she can alert him to any discomfort with the slightest movement of her finger. While he keeps his wife sedated he repeatedly sleeps with her and ends up getting her pregnant which was his plan all along. In the mean time, the task force has located the Apothecary using the very specific snake venom that Helen’s husband had used to poison her. The Apothecary doesn’t know who commissioned the poison for Red because it’s all done anonymously on the dark internet, but he says he’ll give them the antidote in exchange for taking the death penalty off the table.

61. Philomena

Philomena is a bounty hunter who is hired by Mr Kaplan to go after Red's associates. Philomena studies her subjects for weeks, acquiring the skills and habits she needs to bring herself into their lives as if by accident, and then deliver them to Mr. Kaplan. Philomena tases her co-worker during a makeout session in his car. That man is Joe Peracchio, Red’s finance guy. Aram is able to track Philomena down to track her down to a warehouse that she’s turned into quite the boho-meets-industrial little fixer upper. But she’s not there. She’s already out on her next target. She works at a coffee shop, then walks outside and hops on a bike in order to intentionally get hit by a car. She just so happens to get hit by someone who doesn’t wonder why a woman was riding her bike directly into oncoming traffic, but who does insist on exchanging information and paying for any medical bills that might come up. That woman is Alexa Gerard, Marvin Gerard's sister. Philomena and Alexa stay in contact and Philomena tells Alexa about her custody case against her ex. Alexa tells her that her brother is a trial attorney and that he offered to help her out. They go visit Marvin and Philomena plays along just long enough to get a gun to the sister’s head, but she says she won’t hurt her if Marvin cooperates with her. Then she tosses him a taser to do the job himself. The task force tracks Philomena down, run her car off the road and they take her into custody.

62. Leonard Caul

Born as Joseph McCray, Leonard Caul is a spy working for the CIA known for his ability to blend in and conduct covert surveillance. In the 1980s, he is part of Operation Harwood, a CIA operation to keep watch on the Sandinista National Liberation Front in Nicaragua. After the Iran–Contra affair, the operation is shut down and Caul, dropping his birth name, went off the grid. Shortly after that, he creates the encryption of the Fulcrum, the blackmail file granting leverage against the Cabal. Red comes in contact with him after Caul answers the phone after Red dials the number he found in Alan Fitch's safe. As Red fights for his life, he pleads with Liz to track down Caul. Caul is tracking down Liz's every move. He has audio recordings of Liz talking to Tom and pictures of everyone involved in Liz’s life. Including lots of pictures of Liz and Red. When Liz is in Red's apartment, Leonard Caul bursts into the apartment. He’s been following Red, waiting for a signal to reach out to him. When Liz started searching for Caul, that’s when he knew the time had come for them to meet. Liz gives Caul the interface for the Fulcrum and the key to operate it.

63. The Invisible Hand

The invisible hand is a provocative group of vigilantes who go after targets who don’t technically break any laws but are morally reprehensible. The members of the invisible hand are Stephan Altman, Bobby, Billy, Sophia and Zeke They all lived in town called Brenford. They were all childhood friends, and then all of their parents died from bone cancer they got from the toxic spills in their formerly idyllic hometown. There’s a 10-square-mile stretch of land deemed uninhabitable because a former chemical corporation dumped so many toxins there. A body belonging to the owner of a controversial gun manufacturing company has turned up, and Red believes he was killed by a provocative group of vigilantes known as The Invisible Hand. Samar and Ressler go to investigate the toxic burial site and find out that nine bodies have been unearthed, all with signs that suggest they were buried alive. Other than the cheap guns guy, they’ve been able to identify a man who hiked up the price on cancer pharmaceuticals, a retired judge, and a lawyer. The team traces down Stephan and Samar and Ressler head back to the uninhabitable land in Brenford and find that one of the old houses has smoke coming from the chimney. Inside, they find evidence of Steven living there, plus very high-end surveillance equipment. But no Steven. That’s because he’s using that surveillance equipment to track Anna Hopkins, and along with the rest of his friends, he’s just kidnapped her from her hotel. Anna Hopkins was the senior executive of the branch of the chemical company that was responsible for the poisoning of Brenford’s land. And she was responsible for executing the first payout — along with the judge and lawyer who have already been killed — that kept the dangers of living in Brenford quiet for a year before everyone started getting sick, before everyone started dying. But since Aram was also able to use the surveillance equipment to track Anna, Samar and Ressler intercept the Invisible Hand’s getaway. And these vigilantes open fire on the FBI. And all those Invisible Hands end up getting shot , except for one woman, who tells Ressler and Samar exactly where on the Brenford land Steven and Billy will be taking Anna. Now Steven has the same bone cancer his parents had, and nothing to lose. He leaves Billy bleeding out by the car, knocks Anna out, and takes her to the pre-dug grave. He’s shoveling on the dirt when Samar and Ressler get there, arresting Steve and performing CPR on Anna once they’ve dug her out. Steven doesn’t deny any of the murders.

He sued them, won the suit for over $100 million. He turned his back on legitimate business. He invested his money in a new business, incubating crimes. Criminals come to him, pitch their business plan. If he likes it, he invests his money in exchange for a cut of the profits. McGrath is trying to steal a sample of a the Ribowski virus for Alexander Kirk and Red tracks down McGrath after he got the virus. McGrath calls Kirk saying he has the virus and that he will sent it to him right away. Kirk needs the virus to try to get better. Denisov, an old associate of Red's, is targeting members of a company called Anneca Oil, that is refusing to replace a pipeline, whose leaking water is poisoning civilians. After unsuccessful attempts to negotiate with Denisov, Red works with him to capture a former Russian business associate and use the company's history to blackmail them into repairing the pipeline.

68. Pattie Sue Edwards

Captain Patricia Sue Edwards is a former biochemist for the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Disease. She sits in a diner, waiting for her check, when her waitress starts coughing and soon collapses, a rash covering her body. As everyone tries to figure out how to help the waitress, Edwards takes a puff of an inhaler and quickly exits the restaurant just as all the other patrons begin coughing themselves. Around the time the CDC sends video footage of the woman who managed to leave the diner just before everyone else contracted the virus, we see that same woman, Edwards, dropping a smoking briefcase into the elevator of New York General Hospital. The agent in a hazmat suit who opens the briefcase only finds a bunch of inhalers and a note that’s labeled “treatment protocol.” It’s not another attempted outbreak of the pathogen: it’s the pathogen’s cure. But the CDC won’t use the alleged antidote on the victims until it’s been vetted, and the only way to figure out why someone would contaminate a bunch of people and then offer them a cure is to identify that someone. It seems Captain Edwards was released from her position in the Army about a year ago when her husband, a Navy SEAL stationed in Syria, was killed by another SEAL who caught him stealing a truckload of opium. The judge ruled that the man who killed Edwards’ husband was acting in self-defense. Edwards is trying to avenge her husband’s death. While the CDC director who’s coordinating with the Post Office on this case is explaining the pathogen Edwards created, the entire CDC computer network crashes. When the infected DNA from the victims was analyzed and uploaded to the CDC’s network, a computer virus was lurking inside it. Edwards’ very purpose for the outbreak was to hijack the CDC’s server, but the only way for Aram to see what she’s doing with it is to access the server farm, which just so happens to be inside the quarantine zone. Which explains why Edwards would have caused an outbreak and then offered the cure for it: she didn’t want anyone to die, she just needed to make that server farm inaccessible. Aram finds out that Edwards is not looking for something but for someone. Caleb James Cronan, the retired Navy SEAL who killed her husband, and the DNA she was searching. She shows up at Cronan’s house in her formal Army uniform, with a special contraption hidden inside her glove. When Cronan shakes her hand, he’s pricked by something. Then Edwards has him zip-tied to a chair, with a gun trained on him, telling him that she knows her husband wasn’t stealing opium because he told her he was delaying his ship-out from Syria until he figured out who was stealing it. She knows it was Cronan, and that he murdered her husband and blamed it all on him. What she doesn’t know is who else was involved, and she won’t give Cronan the antidote inhaler until he tells her. Cronan busts out of the chair when she’s least expecting it and gets her gun, but he also crushes the antidote in the process, so if they both don’t want to die, they have to get to her lab. The team and CDC agents detour them en route with the antidote in tow, but they can’t give it to them until they know Cronan is unarmed. Ressler approaches the vehicle, visibly unloading his gun, and they both get out of the car. Cronan is coughing out that she poisoned him, and Edwards is saying that she never wanted to hurt anyone; she just wanted to prove her husband’s innocence. In the end, Edwards’ husband is given a funeral befitting an honorably discharged Navy SEAL, as Ressler and U.S. Marshals stands by Edwards’ side as she receives his folded American flag in handcuffs.

71. The Kenyon Family

The Kenyon Family is a family of polygamous cultist criminals. The cult is attacked by an unseen enemy, killing all of the members and stealing the weapons, while also kidnapping Justin Kenyon, the cult's leader, who they later kill. Justin Kenyon is the leader of The Church of the Shield, a religious cult and separatist militia. He preaches polygamy and requires that male members of the cult marry 3 women, regardless of their age. Because the gender ratio of the movement becomes problematic, several boys born into the cult, including Kenyon's own son, David, would be abandoned in the wilderness to die at the age of 8-10. While many died of sickness or exposure, the survivors, led by David, eventually banded together to form The Watchers, preaching their own version of Kenyon's teachings. As time went on, Kenyon becomes popular within fringe circles of the far right. While the authorities are somewhat aware of the group's crimes of polygamy and forced elder-minor relations, he has four prominent civil rights lawyers on retainer that stymied any attempts to enter the compound and investigate. To make money, Kenyon starts storing illegal contraband, such as weaponry, drugs and stolen goods, for other criminals in underground storage facilities on the cult's compound.

Composed of small business farmers, they targeted Verdiant, an agricultural company that dealt in genetically modified produce and had forced small farms into bankruptcy. Matchett had a vendetta against the company because of a lawsuit that cost him his farm. He had owned a farm adjacent to one of Verdiant's facilities. When some of their genetically modified seeds blew onto his field and grew there, Verdiant sued him for infringing on their patent, costing him a fortune in legal fees as well as his farm when the bank foreclosed on him. Adding insult to injury, Verdiant bought the property and used it to expand their own industrial farm. Because of that Matchett and the Los Segadores stole data from Verdiant detailing how Verdiant modifies it's corn genome. With that he has a virus designed that he wants to release to destroy Verdiant. If they virus were to get out it would spread all over the world in months and there would be a global food crisis. The FBI finds out that Matchett is planning all of this and tracks him down to the corn field he used to own. He tries to release the virus but Ressler catches up to him in time and prevents him from doing so. He is arrested and sent to jail.

The statue secretly contains coordinates for Soviet nuclear detonation codes, which has the interest of the Russian Mob. In order to keep them from having to face adulthood as outcasts, she would kill them when they reached the age of 12 and wrap them into a cocoon of burlap and

Janus used the pneumatic tubes formerly used by the U.S. Postal Service to transport hard materials. Albert Janus had an adopted daughter, Rose Janus, who was the only thing in the world he valued higher than his work. He continued doing legal work behind bars, serving as shadow counsel to some of the biggest players in the criminal underworld. Politicians, CEOs and one Raymond Reddington. Red asked for his help while he held some people hostage in a diner and in return Red made sure that Gerard could stay out of prison and he left with his fiancee Becky Weinberg. Gerard locates the vault where Peter Kotsiopulos is keeping his embezzled money. When Red puts together a team to exonerate Liz, he calls in Gerard as part of that team. Gerard helps them plan on how to kidnap Peter Kotsiopulos. Once they have the Director, Red demands Laurel Hitchin exonerate Liz in exchange for Red not taking the Director to the Hague and sends in Gerard to discuss the terms of the deal with Laurel. Eventually Gerard manages to negotiate a deal where Liz is exonerated publicly for all but the Tom Connolly murder as Liz killed him in front of witnesses and it wasn't in self-defense. Instead, Laurel offers a plea of involuntary manslaughter with 3 years probation. Gerard privately talks to Red and convinces him to take the deal as it will keep Liz safe and out of prison and is better than Gerard expected them to get. Gerard later presents the deal to Liz who reluctantly signs it as she will no longer able to be an FBI agent though she can remain on the task force in a similar capacity to Red. Thanks to Gerard's deal, Liz is later able to walk free.

When Audrey gets out of the car and Tanida sees her, he shoots and kills Ressler's girlfriend. Fueled by hatred and anger, Ressler goes with Jonica on a rogue hunt for Tanida. They capture Tanida and Ressler figures out that is was Jonica who had taken over as a crime lord, not Tanida's brother Aiko. Tanida is then shot by Jonica, resulting in Ressler and Jonica fighting over the wheel and eventually tipping over the car. When Ressler goes back to the crash site, he finds that Tanida had escaped while he was chasing Jonica. Later that evening Dembe arrives at Ressler's apartment with a package from Red. In addition to serving as his living quarters, the plane also served as Crandall's "ark", on which he stored pairs of kidnapped distinguished scientists, each pair from a different field. Crandall was shot and killed by Red and frozen into one of the cubicles on his own plane. However, he does not sell the organs; he leases them to his clients at 500,000 dollars a year. If they fail to meet payment, he tracks them down and takes the organs back, even if it killed them.

90. The Travel Agency

The Travel Agency was a consortium of anonymous killers responsible for a variety of unsolved murders the assassination of a civil-rights activist in 1983, the poisoning of an anti-Glasnost Soviet businessman in 1987. The Travel Agency a murder-for-hire ring that lived in the shadows for nearly 30 years. Their assassins carried out a variety of contract hits until they mysteriously closed their doors 12 years ago until now. Calvin Dawson works for the Agency and gets paged every time there is "job" for him. The page reads “342,” and he goes to a P.O. box marked 342, retrieving a red folder.
Inside is a dossier of information on a man who he tracks down at a Pennsylvania farm and shoots dead while he’s chopping wood. This man is Knobbs, owner of the Seawall Travel Agency. Next we see Red tell Liz that he’s come into contact with a man named Mitchell Dunning who believes he’s about to be assassinated by The Travel Agency. When Samar and Liz find him in Dupont Circle, he’s frantically packing his car alongside his wife. And just as he’s trying to tell them they must have the wrong guy, he’s not trying to avoid an assassination attempt, he’s shot twice in the chest. In Dunning’s car, they find a newspaper article detailing the recent murder of a man who was chopping wood at his farm among Dunning’s packed things. Among Seawall Travel’s old records are a list of people that the Post Office knows to have been killed, as well as a photo of Knobbs and his wife on vacation, where Mitchell Dunning can be seen in the background. That brings about the discovery that these two apparent strangers, in fact, owned a "murder business" together, but that said murder business is no longer out there murdering. It's employees are now in the business of being murdered. There was a large support staff doing all kinds of jobs within the murder-for-hire chain of command, all of whom are dead now. All killed except for one man. Ressler and Samar go straight to that man, who, in the middle of being told he’s in trouble by the Post Office staff, is shot at, seemingly out of nowhere once again.
But this time, Ressler sees the gun barrel retracting into a shockingly pristine ’85 Oldsmobile. After escaping death, the man tells the FBI that nobody in the Travel Agency ever saw each other, but he used to work with an asset who drove an Oldsmobile just like that 30 years ago. The only thing he knows about the man is that he would drop dossiers for him in a P.O. box in Seven Valleys, and then page him the P.O. box number to notify him: 3-4-2. At the Post Office in Seven Valleys, Ressler and Samar find out that the box has belonged to a Mr. Dawson for over 30 years, but he lives up the road at an assisted living home. At the home, they find Mr. Dawson is out with his wife Eleanor, who comes and takes him out for the day from time to time. Mr. Dawson suffers from anterograde amnesia, a brain injury sustained years ago during a robbery that means he can’t form new memories. He remembers everything that happened before the robbery, and nothing that happened after the robbery. The robbery that took place in 1989. So Dawson can't remember anything that has happened in the last 30+ years. Liz and Samar go to Eleanor’s house and discover that it exists in a time warp, save for the attic, which is a treasure trove of technology that keeps the ’89 Brokaw loopin’, the ’89 newspapers comin’, and the red yarn connecting Travel Agency employees all over the country. Eleanor had spent the last 30 years creating a murdering-of-murderers business. She didn’t know about his secret career at the Travel Agency back in 1989, but while she was struggling with the medical bills from his brain injury, the bank asked why she hadn’t dipped into her husband’s other account. She followed the money and connected the dots. The Dawsons were in Miami on what Eleanor thought was a family vacation, until her appendix burst; when she went in for surgery, Calvin said he would take the girls out of the hospital so they wouldn’t be scared. Instead, he took them on an assassination mission, leaving them in the car for what should have been a two-minute job. But the target knew he was coming. Calvin was beaten and left for dead in an alley as his two daughters remained locked in the back of the car, too young to know how to get out before they asphyxiated. As Calvin Dawson finds out that he caused the death of his daughters, he also finds out that his wife has spent the last 30 years avenging them with the systematic murder of every employee of the Travel Agency, using its own methods, the P.O. box, the dossiers, and Mr. Dawson himself against it. She shoots her husband, and an agent shoots her, bringing an end to the Travel Agency once and for all.

The King family, who for 200 years, have been under the guise of being investors and businessmen. Their real business is running underground auctions during which they sold off highly valuable commodities, such as stolen art, radioactive materials, weapon components and even persons of interest, to the highest bidder. The auctions are always held in different locations with varying guest lists and sometimes took place years apart. Over the course of this lucrative business, there is a tradition among the King patriarchs to make their sons compete with each other to make the most profitable sales. While the total would be added to the family fortune to be inherited later, the son who makes the least would be forced to play a round of Russian roulette. This process continues until one of the sons dies and is repeated until there is only one sole heir to the business and the fortune left. The present-day patriarch, T. Earl King VI, makes his sons, Tyler and Francis, follow the same tradition. Convincing Hobbs that his research of the human brain could be the key to immortality, Powell went off the grid in 2004, left his job at Sadovo Solutions and joined the Initiative. By 2015, the experiments had started involving humans who had suffered brain damage similar to Leanne.

She and Red met 15 years ago. Adrian Shaw is conducting her medical research and experimental clinic on a Navy Ship. Ressler and Samar raid the ship to make sure Dr. Shaw is safe from Red, cause they think Red wants to kill Shaw, so she can't save Kirk. What they don't know is that Red made it there a few minutes before them and has already taken Dr. Shaw. Red takes Dr. Shaw and her partner to an abandoned warehouse. He takes her to a new lab that he has set up for her. Red orders Shaw to get on the computer and find him “Patient Zero.” Red gets patient zero’s name from Shaw before he turns himself in to Kirk. While Red is with kirk – Dembe and Tom pick up Lucille Bocks. Meanwhile, Red tries to reason with Kirk. He tells him that he has Dr. Shaw and a patient named Lucille that was cured. There is an experimental treatment that could save his life too but he declines.

100. Abraham Stern

Abraham J. Stern is a loan officer who’s been threatening certain clients with bankruptcy if they don’t help him commit crimes that get him closer to his treasure. Stern is after the penny that Red stole from Greyson Blaise. When Red and Dembe are in the car looking at the penny and talking about a treasure hunt their car is being hit. The car is flipped on its top, men are jumping out of the van with rifles, and shoes are walking toward Red’s car. But they stop amongst the broken glass and someone picks up the penny. Going in and out of consciousness, Red sees the face of the thief. After Stern got the penny, he gave the applicant an extended loan repayment plan. Red tells Cooper the man who stole the penny from him is on a quest. Because what Red knows is that there are three other rare 1943 Lincoln pennies just like this one, and they’re part of a Treasure(y) legend. In addition to Red’s stolen penny, recent other thefts indicate that all but one of the four pennies are in the thief’s possession. Red and Stern have a mutual interest, and for now, Red is willing to let Stern take the lead. After all, these pennies are his inheritance: the man who minted the four bronze pennies was Stern’s father. Stern Sr. worked at the Denver Mint and had big dreams of becoming a master engraver. But when the Federal Reserve Notes went missing, and Stern’s father was suspected but unable to be charged, he was demoted, forced to work in the boiler room. Eventually, when the Mint made security upgrades in 1943, he was let go altogether, his dreams dashed. So, when Stern’s father died, leaving behind four bronze pennies for his son, Stern considered his father a failure and spent the pennies on Fireballs. When the will executor gave him a letter from his father a month later, explaining the value in the pennies, he made it his life’s mission to find them again. With Stern and Red acting as a makeshift team now, Stern puts one of his men on decoding the pennies. He tells them that Lincoln’s face on the pennies is a topographical representation of a mountain range, and that when you layer the images of each penny over each other, it creates a grid that clearly depicts Denver. And when those pennies are layered, the slight flaws on the E Pluribus Unum inscription reveal a word: BOILER ROOM. The only problem is that boiler room was sealed off during the 1943 upgrades, covered up by a vault surrounded by 16 inches of steel in concrete. And the only thing they let in that vault is cash. Red calls Heddie to get $8 million in unmarked bills; they paint a truck with a few Treasury logos, Red and Stern suit up and they’re in. But that’s when Stern pulls a gun on Red. He forces Red back into the truck and locks it tight, as he and his men take down the vault guards, saw their way through 16 inches of cement, and find an old boiler stuffed with Federal Reserve Notes. Stern’s father did steal the Notes, he did hide them under the Treasury’s noses, and he did leave his son a map to an unimaginable fortune. The one thing Stern didn’t do was account for Raymond Reddington. Red unscrews his way out of the truck handily and meets back up with Heddie and a man who appears to be a plumber, and they begin handling a series of very large, cylindrical tubes. We don’t see where the tubes start, but we see that they end in Heddie’s van. Suddenly, in the boiler room where Stern and his men are packing the Federal Reserve Notes into duffel bags, everything begins to shift. As bills begin flying into a opening in the boiler room, through the tubes, and into Red’s van, Red calls Cooper and tells him what Stern is up too. Samar and Ressler come for Stern and is arrested.

Eric Trettel was a medical school student, but after failing his courses, he forged a Harvard University degree and gained employment on the Human Genome Project. He then used those credentials to make a career as an expert witness. He is exposed as a fraud after a trial went wrong because the exculpatory DNA evidence he provided was proven false. Trettel then went underground and becomes "The Alchemist". Using his intricate knowledge of forensics and genetics, he would seek out people resembling his clients, who were criminals about to face trial, alter their physical appearances as closely as possible and even turn their DNA into theirs using artificial DNA and kill them, faking the clients' deaths and allowing them to disappear. Emma Knightly is a British woman who was hired by Red to infiltrate in the group. She previously worked for MI6 as a low-level analyst. Liz goes undercover with the Harem when they steal a Witness Protection List from private-security contractors who were hired to protect the government’s Witness Protection list. Liz shows up at the hotel room of the Harem’s leader, Margot, dressed as a hotel worker who needs to check the minibar. She steals Margot’s stolen-stolen-diamonds and leaves a note telling her to meet her in the lobby. Liz tosses his name around, along with the special skill she’d bring to the Harem team and she’s got herself an interview. That interview involves bringing the guy who vouched for Liz so they can prove how well they know each other. They ace the back-and-forth portion and then Margot tells Liz to shoot him to prove she will follow her lead, no questions asked. But Liz tells Margot she knows what she really values is loyalty, and she’s loyal to this guy just like she’ll be loyal to Margot. After tracking down the head of the group that had both their diamonds and the Witness Protection list stolen by the Harem and a mystery party, Liz uses the diamonds as leverage to find out how the list was stolen. They get a name: Mega-hacker Jack Heldridge. The Harem goes to Hong Kong where Jack Heldridge currently resides with a chip implanted in his hand containing the Witness Protection list. They have to break into an impenetrable apartment to get the chip out of the man’s hand and immediately attach it to an artificial heartbeat device so that the chip doesn’t destroy itself. They wait until Jack hosts a party in his penthouse; Sasha takes care of rigging the security cameras; Liz convinces Jack she needs to buy access to an identity from his newly acquired list; and Emma and Jessica wait in his bedroom to incapacitate him when he takes Liz there to speak more privately. But the wild-card Harem member uses their tranquilizer darts on two stray partygoers, and though they’re still able to get Jack down and the chip out, all the commotion alerts the security guards. Emma is already out of the room, but Jessica is immediately killed when she enters the hall. That leaves Liz. She breaks the window to distract the guard when he enters, but doesn’t climb out of it. She then holds him at gunpoint to get her out of there. She couldn’t escape the way they’d planned, because Emma snuck out with the chip containing the Witness Protection list, never to be seen again. Margot and Sasha are arrested and nobody knows where Emma is except for Red. As the guards take their final preparatory measures to execute Perkins, all of the doors in the prison lock and the Architect comes on the PA system. He tells everyone listening to direct their attention to one of the three guard towers… and then his men shoot a bazooka at it, completely destroying it. Once he has their attention, he announces that all the Warden needs to do to not have a bazooka fired at the building where he and many innocent people are trapped inside is release Lonnie Perkins. The Architect blows up one more guard tower for good measure, and the warden agrees. Once Lonnie is released, Aram has to hack each individual door he comes to until he makes it to the final gate. But that’s where Aram stops cooperating. And that’s when the Architect notices something extra plugged into the computer. Aram managed to swipe Elise’s handy USB glasses before he was abducted from BlackMass, and by plugging it into his computer, sent his location to the Post Office. The Architect is just about to kill Aram and go ahead and send another bazooka at the prison for good measure when Ressler and Samar back Aram up. When Liz finds a cardboard diorama depicting a woman floating facedown in a lap pool with a pitcher of green liquid on a table to the side, at her doorstep, Liz and the team are being up on the trail of a person who can predict murders before they even happen. An hour after Liz found the diorama at her doorstep Federal judge Trish Culpepper was found dead from poisoned green juice at her country club pool. Not even Red has an idea who this blacklister could be. When a second diorama is found at Liz's doorstep enough partial prints are left behind to identify Fiona Driscoll as the delivery woman. But she’s not the one organizing the murders or even the one making the dioramas. They’re not depictions of crime scenes she’s planning, they’re premonitions. And they’re not her premonitions. They are her nine year old daughter Maggie's. For the last two years, she’s been making these dioramas. Fiona soon figured out Maggie's art projects were forecasting worldwide tragedies before they happened. But Maggie isn’t able to tell Fiona how she’s predicting these events. She suffers from a constellation of birth defects that impair her hearing, communication, and cognitive functions. Eventually Aram figures out how Maggie got these premonitions. She wears a tiny, high-frequency hearing aid, and it’s possible she’s picking up certain phone conversations around her. If the killer or killers live or work near her apartment building, that could explain how she knows the details of so many of these events before they happen. To figure out if that’s the case, Aram, Ressler, and Liz head to the Driscoll apartment and turn off everything electric that could interfere with Maggie’s hearing-aid frequency so Aram can also tap into it. Soon, they’re hearing bits of a conversation and attempting to track where it’s coming from. Unfortunately, the conversation is about how a little girl’s mom went to the FBI about her daughter’s crime premonitions. Even more unfortunately, Liz is looking out of the Driscolls’ window when the person having the cell-phone conversation in the building next door begins looking around to see how a little girl might possibly be overhearing his criminal chats. He spots Liz and takes off, so Liz and Ressler start running toward his building. The mystery man's plan was to run toward the person causing him problems, and soon, Liz and Ressler are looking from the man’s apartment into the Driscoll’s home, where they see Aram lying on the ground and Maggie being carried off. They locate Maggie by turning up the frequency on Ressler’s walkie to try and reach out to Maggie. It does ring painfully in her hearing aid; she calls out, helping Liz locate her and scaring off her abductor. They don’t catch the man, but are able to find out who he is. His name is Ben Charnquist. Each of the catastrophes Maggie depicted involved someone who was so invaluable to his or her company that their death majorly affected said company’s stock prices. But Charnquist doesn’t seem like the type to figure out shorting the stocks on his own. his partner is Chris Farnsworth, CEO of Jesek Private Equities. Farnsworth’s final plan is to hit his own company. They’ve been working with a third man to move all the money they’ve scammed to an account in Panama, and Maggie’s final diorama helps them figure out that Farnsworth plans to kill said money launderer via and old-timey elevator before escaping with their apparently untraceable riches.

184. Natalie Luca

A team in hazmat suits storms the hospital and seems rather shocked to find one little blond girl alive among the diseased wreckage. Luschen’s disease can be contracted through minor physical contact, and symptoms like a violent rash and respiratory failure present themselves and kill any victim immediately. Aram finds out that finds the first known outbreak of Luschen’s, when an entire family in Moldova was wiped out, except for one daughter. Natalie. The little girl was taken to a local clinic, but when the outbreak was deemed too much for them to handle, a company called Hawthorne Biologics came and got the girl to bring her back to Alexandria for further treatment. Natalie grew up and met Malik, a promising young bio researcher and they fell in love and he agreed to take responsibility for Natalie’s quarantine if they could live independently, and they didn’t assume anything was wrong because Malik’s reports had still been coming in.One of Natalie's victims is Zach Smoll, Red's accountant. She infected him with the disease by kissing him when posing as a masseuse. He died immediately. Natalie and Malik have been doing this cause they’re going to need more money for more equipment, which means using her Luschen’s disease to get funds once more. Natalie takes out two guards of an armored car and Malik swipes the cash they were carrying. But just as they’ve stolen the money, Malik gets an alert from the cameras in his apartment showing that the FBI has raided his lab. All the equipment they’ve collected and research they’ve been doing in secret is now in the hands of the police, and they’ll have to start all over. They reluctantly agree that pulling one final, huge job is their only option. They agree that after this, they’ll never hurt anyone else again. From Malik’s computer, and with some assistance from Red, Aram figures out that Malik and Natalie are probably targeting a poker tournament for the extremely wealthy for the final funds they need. And from Malik’s research, they also figure out just what they’re trying to accomplish. They’re not trying to cure Natalie, they’re trying to make Malik immune to Luschen’s disease like Natalie so that they can well and truly be together. The FBI tracks down Natalie and Malik. While Natalie is being apprehended by Samar, she’s sneakes away by Hawthorne executives dressed as the Hazmat team. But Malik also sneaks away and T-bones the vehicle carrying Natalie. Malik is shot by someone from Hawthorne. Seeing that Malik is going to die, Natalie and Malik can finally touch each other now. She takes his hand and kisses him and he dies. Natalie is crying over Malik's body when she is arrested.

Brian, thanks so much for the new thread :flowers:

I added a quote from Red from episode 5x15... I know it's kind of lame, but hey, it's at least a quote.

Besides, I'll add the previous thread link to the OP right away.

Fangirl49 04-10-2018 05:37 PM

It's not lame. I feel like Red is speaking just to me. I answered him in my mind. I love it.

bwm30 04-11-2018 04:44 AM

That quotes nice! Red does seem like he's talking to the audience with it :)

Miranda 04-11-2018 10:20 AM

I really like that quote as well! Thanks for adding it Kris. :D

Lauren Helen Graham 04-11-2018 12:49 PM

Aww, okay  I'm glad you like it. I definitely need to look up some more quotes for this one for the future... Or at least pay attention during the upcoming episodes ;)

bwm30 04-11-2018 07:00 PM

Just updated the OP with tonight's number on the list.

Fangirl49 04-11-2018 07:04 PM

We're getting a bunch of "high" numbers or should I say low.

Miranda 04-12-2018 06:05 AM

Thanks Brian! :)

Yes another high number! I loved it. He was probably so high because he can bring Red in contact with Garvey.

bwm30 04-12-2018 02:44 PM

Miranda 04-13-2018 01:32 PM

I am working on the banners Brian. :) I don't have much time anymore but I will do my best to get some up soon cause my program is also working again :)

Lauren Helen Graham 04-15-2018 11:29 AM

I think it'll be a lot more easier for Miranda as soon as all the shows are over, right? Then you at least don't have the pressure to keep up with all of them and it's getting a lot more quiet.

I as well hope we'll soon get all the banners added :)

Miranda 04-16-2018 10:11 AM

Yes definitly Kris. There is a lot more pressure to get it all updated when the show is still airing.
