It's so crazy that it's the last one before the season 3 finale

Huh. So much for leaving things a mystery...the spin-off hasn't even launched and we already know that Tom is Scottie's long-lost son.
 So for the spin-off (Does it have a title yet? I guess they could just call it Halcyon...) Tom is going to be working for Scottie? And Solomon is going to go rogue? They can't be working on the same side. Or is Tom going to be working against Scottie and Solomon?I'm actually a little surprised at how much they crammed into a single hour... __________________

Okay... This one was so disappointing.
 Not my show anymore and I know I'm repeating myself but it's the truth. If they don't get back on track I'm out. I don't even care anymore, especially about Tom because honestly he is a character I guess I'll never enjoy.Yeah, Scottie being his mother, wow... Didn't expect something like that but it's interesting and somehow different to the Liz/Red dynamic.  Which is good if you ask me for a possible spin-off. It's interesting to see the other part of the mix knowing about the true relationship and the older one being out in the blue. Besides, I don't really have something to say about the episode. __________________

Most of the time I love this show and the tricky episodes. However last night, I kept saying to myself "WTH is going on?"
 I did like the twist of Scottie being Tom's mother but that's about it. Missed Red a lot!!!  The promo headlines are interesting!!__________________

So I missed about 20 minutes with the rain. I saw tom refusing to let Red see the baby or help in any way (I am so sick of that) then I came back in during the bank robbery.
I missed my weekly James Spader fix sigh. But I must say I liked the episode and I think I would like the spinoff. I do like bad ass Tom the best! I liked Scottie better this episode. I just hope in the spin off they don't try to have her be a female Red. She needs her own character. So Alexander Kirk held a gun in Reds mouth at the waters edge. I wonder if that has something to do with Katarinas death! |
