Unless it has something to do with losing Ewing Global, I don't know if he's currently involved in anything that would be worth a mini cliffhanger...maybe something with Bo?

Possibly, or maybe he finds out who Nicolas really is.

I could see it ending that way.

Like him looking at a file and being like OMG.

Hopefully he'll have a lot more to do in the back half of s3.

He really does.

I have no clue why he's being pushed off to the side in a love triangle with two newbies we care nothing about.

Unless in the end they'll tie into the bigger picture.

I don't know either.

Maybe one is a long lost Ewing, or has proof that JR stole the land, or didn't steal the land and Cliff is lying. I think they're just there to kill some time though, keep Christopher busy while they give a newbie like Nicolas some screen time.

He should be more involved with his family's business more than the new girl i his life. However, I do want him to be a dad he would be a great father and it'll make him happy. I want him to be happy but I do love when he gets meaty stories and the one with the babies is great for him.

Yeah. That's the dilemma on this show. You want the characters you like to be happy but the show is built around the meatier storylines.
