I still admire the amount of respect Jo actually does have for Meredith. The other residents seem to have lost all respect for their attendings. Leah bursting out at Jackson during surgery. Shane, no need to explain. Stephanie...well, I don't know what to think of her anymore. Jo still treats Meredith like a superior.

For example, she didn't want to go to Thanksgiving at Mer's because it would be "weird" with all the attendings there. She doesn't think she's "special" by any means just because she's dating an attending.

I guess that's why I still have respect for Jo, whereas I don't the other residents anymore.

She's also the only one who should be asked to remain a regular next season. I REALLY hope ABC steps in and does something about the overwhelming large cast. Hey, they did make Shonda fire Isaiah and Brooke.

The other intern I really liked was Heather, and well, Shonda made it so she can never return.
