I think it's April. I also don't think Callie or Arizona will get pregnant. Well, at least this season. |

Maybe she will lose the baby idk. She and Jackson definitely aren't ready to be parents, which is probably why it will be her.
 April is the only Grey's character not to have a NDE thus far. Nothing bad ever happens to her. |

Though Justin hasn't shown any indications that he is leaving. I think he's staying, but they're just going to do the cliffhanger to freak out fans. Shonda and Justin have actually both implied that he's staying.
I think they definitely know who's leaving and who's staying now, and the only ones we've heard are leaving are Sandra, Tessa, and Gaius, so that's probably it. I could see them killing Shane and/or Leah tbh. Or Leah leaves the program and they kill Shane. Or Shane goes to Europe with Cristina and they kill Leah. I just have a feeling at least one, if not both, will die. |

Shonda said we'd see more of Calzona's house next season, so I'm pretty sure Sara is staying.
Don't know about Chandra and Jim, and I'm not so sure I really care anymore tbh. Bailey is really irritating me this season. She has good and bad moments but has had more bad and just plain annoying moments this year. I think Webber should be chief, honestly. Owen sucks as chief tbh. Worst chief in Grey's history. |

Doubt they'd do that, though. Especially since Chandra and Jim are part of the originals and have appeared in every episode. I can't see Shonda/ABC demoting them lightly, especially with Sandra leaving. I think Shonda is proud of the number of originals still left on the show. It's rare to keep original characters around for 10+ seasons.
