Commercials are actually perfect for her - since she has kids and a full-time job on Greys, she could do a commercial in a day and it wouldn't interfere w/ her life too much.

Oh I am sure it's so hard to be away from them so much. Directing takes alot of time. First one on set and the last one to go home.
