Yes. It would be great if that actually happens. Meredith is going to be her surgeon, which is good since this storyline is the focus in the first episodes, so Mer will be heavily involved, and can learn more about Nathan too..

It's just so odd seeing them all so smiley. It almost feels like a bts pic (just because they seem so happy). Maybe it's because they got good news about Megan's health (and obviously whatever they're looking at on the phone).

It might be something related to what they are showing her on the phone.. or it's really a bts pic.

Though she will willingly step aside to allow Nathan to reconnect with his ex, it's a decision that comes with some devastating ramifications for Meredith, forcing her to dig deeper than she has in years.
