I wonder what will happen with Alex in the long run? Also, I think it's good Mer shared with Alex about Riggs - she needs someone to consult with if the Maggie drama gets bigger.

No idea... both Mer and Alex are in this situations this season. Guess that's what they meant with the focus on the originals.

I am glad she told Alex too. Boy she needs someone to talk to.. and we'll know what she's thinking too.

I love that Meredith and Alex are as close as they are. I was worried when Christina left that there wouldn't be another dynamic duo, but Alex filled that role seamlessly and I loved it when Meredith referred to him as her person. I'm glad they are keeping them close this season as well.

I was a little conflicted about how Meredith handled the situation of confronting Deluca, but then was so glad she changed her method in the end. I mean we just know that that move will make him realize that he is meant to focus on being a Doctor. I still think there should be consequences for Alex (as much as I hate to admit it because he's my favourite), but realistically there has to be something. Maybe some Community service where he has to give free medical to needy kids. I could get on board with that storyline.

I actually prefer Meredith and Alex

I think he will drop the charges too - but I agree he deserves something after what he did.. community service is a great idea.

I hope we see Mer going in the clinic to see/talk to Alex. We need more scenes of them.
