I loved how Mer decided to tell Megan about her and Nathan because she wanted to respect her as a patient and make sure she had all the information since Mer was going to be her surgeon.

Every time I watch these two epis I see something new. Anyhow, I like how Megan calls out Teddy and for not telling her about Mer. And tells them Mer is a bigger man than they are.

Awww, I ended up really loving the epi! Need time to completely process ... but here's the things I loved:
1) Zola!
2) Mer and her therapist analyzing her problems

3) Mer taking care of and spending time with her therapist as if he were family.
4) Mer's talk with Nathan - I mean, I don't want him to fight for Megan but there was just something beautiful in her speech and it was a good kick in the pants to Nathan to figure out his heart and mind.
5) Mer holding Amelia.

Such a great episode once again! Thank god Krista is back. There's a different feel this season than the last seasons.

You mentioned my favorite parts!!

I wasn't expecting the therapist but glad it was him! Their scenes were great. Love that Mer is opening more about her feelings now. Proud too

That speech was beautiful and it was so well done. Maybe he will use those words for her in time... It looks like he will leave for a bit. But I hope he will return for the big 300 or the mid finale.

The scene with Amelia at the end was so touching.
