Yeah, it's so lame. In real life this situation would involve a long boring legal case. Yawn. Which is why I've never thought this was a good storyline. In the past when Greys has tried to do courthouse stuff it's never gone well and been sooooo boring (like Callie's malpractice suit or Callie & Arizona's custody battle).
