At this point it would be so random to bring Calzona back, so I'm really wondering what's going to happen to them. Hate how all major couples were in a bad place during the finale (MerDer, Japril, Calzona). So far 'nothing good' came out of that one year time jump.

Sort of, there was a scene in the OR where Amelia was saying something to the effect of working with people you used to sleep with when they were both present and looking awkwardly at each other. (or was that in E23?)
