World Wrestling Entertainment would like to apologize to anyone who watched WWE No Mercy and was offended by the William Regal locker room incident. Conduct of this kind is unacceptable in a family-friendly environment, and WWE accepts full responsibility. Nudity of any kind, even in a live television environment, is offensive to our audience and to the reputation of our company.


Well, now I'm really glad I didn't order this pay-per view. I don't want to see Regal naked.

But what is up with the "family-friendly" tagline? They sound like the PTC. :sick:

Weird that they're apologizing for it, but turn right around and tease or go right to the edge of female nudity on other "family-friendly" shows or ppvs..guess we're the exception. :rolleyes:

Okay this is a bit wierd, why would WWE apologize for something soo stupid *Vito showed his a** during a skit with William Regal*. I mean come on people payed 50 bucks to see the PPV and they flip out for showing someones butt, when people will pay 10 bucks to see Lusty Babes in love or whatever porno that shows a lot more then someones a**. I dont think that an apology was nessecary

-WWE apologized for the brief glimpse of Regal's penis on the show last night. He was putting a towel on, and well, he didn't do it fast enough. He couldn't have underwear because the segment called for his complete bare ass to be shown and him supposedly (back shot) having his penis showing to some women while he made a remark about "the air conditioner" (Vito set it up earlier with a remark about being "shortchanged."). It was less than a split second and I'm guessing 90-95% of the viewers wouldn't have seen it unless alerted and looking for it on a replay.

They showed Regal's penis? Hee. I'm glad I missed that.

I'm glad I didn't order this PPV, just like you guys.

Because seeing somebody's ass on TV is not as offensive as seeing someone's penis. That's why they issued the apology.

Someone posted the clip on youtube. It was just a brief 2 second clip of his genitals but still you could see Regal's penis.

Wow. WWE is getting soft...JMO.

I`v have been wondering that too (than in da hell did they start caring about nudidty) they have halfnaked divas each and every show wich some moms dont want to that they kids see them and they have practicly made everything nudity possible and having no regrets, and now comes this , a bit of penis wich we almost didint see they just got to bee kiddind)....

but anyway I found vito shaking his ass each and every show more offensive than a bit off regals penis who we just hardly saw once
