Hi, I was wondering if all you wrestling fans could help me by filling out this questinnaire, its for a dissertation on the WWE. It will help me write a good project and any help would be greatly appreichiated! Thanks Again!

yes I would cuz I've been watching since 1992, so I was about 5 or 6.

5 If Yes to above. How long have you been a wrestling fan? If No, what are your opinions of professional wrestling?
Like I said about 11 or 12 years. My opinion now is thst pro wrestling is relying too much on characters of power (CEO's, GM's, Chairmen)

6 What was your favourite wrestling storyline/feud? Why?
I liked the DX storylines becuz they stayed fresh and entertaining

7 Who is your favourite wrestler? Why?
Bret Hart, Shawn Micheals, Chris Jericho, John Cena. These are all wrestlers who are good on the mic and in the ring.
8 What is your favourite wrestling match of all time? Why?
Ric Flair v. Mr. Perfect: Loser Leaves WWF. It's one of the olderst matches I remember and the stipulation seemed unreal to me at that age.

9 Did you watch the old WCW? nope

10 Did you enjoy it? Why? nope, I thought it was crap

11 Was there a time when you preferred watching WCW to WWE? When? Nope, never. Only watch WCW in that hour before RAW came on.

12 Do you know of another wrestling company that you feel could currently compete with the WWE? I'd love to see TNA get a tv deal.

13 Would you like to see more competition? Why?
yes, competition makes the WWE put on a better show.

14 Other than wrestling, what do you feel acts as a competitor to the WWE for TV Ratings? Do you enjoy this as much as wrestling? um...the Simpsons? They don't even come on at the same time. WWE has no competition.

15 Do you have different expectations from wrestling to those of when you first started watching it? If yes, what could be the reason for this?

I expected WWE to get better, but after buying out ECW WCW, they have gotten bad

16 If your expectations have changed, do you feel the same way about other "sports"? Why do you think this is? I don't watch utha sports

17 What do you feel is the main target audience of the WWE? maybe like male 12-34

18 a) Do you feel the WWE markets their product well enough to attract their target audience? they don't market for urban youth, beside John Cena's merch.
b) As well as in the 1998-2000 period? don't know about that period.
