June 15- Okay, I know it's about damn time I updated this. Haven't been around the internet in a few days and you've been forced to read from the posers on MySpace. No that's not me and this is the only official site to get the word out of my...fingers. I do enjoy reading the fan forum that comes up under RVD sometimes though.

So, as we all know, I am the WWE Champion! ECW is back in action. That makes me the ECW Champion! It's good to be RVD!

It's not the return on Entourage, or Deadwood that people are talking about. For about five years I've listened to the fans tell me that I was at my best when I was in ECW. It's not when, it's where! ECW is back and I look forward to proving that I'm at my and everyone else's best for that matter. Anyone wondering why I left RAW for ECW, that's a no-brainer. If you saw me wrestle mi compadre Rey Mysterio on WWE VS. ECW, your question should've been answered. If you still don't get it after One Night Stand, ask a grown-up. This is how I shine! This is for the toughest of the tough, that want to show what they got. I've been reconnected with a passion that I will be sharing with you every Tuesday on Sci Fi, and on the road in between. Speaking of which, here comes RVD to his hometown of Battle Creek in July, wrestling for the first time ever... and it's ECW! Think I'm happy? All the time I sacrificed for the cause years back when bigger, non-bouncing paychecks were being offered by the ''Big Two''... it seems rather worth it now, doesn't it folks?

Some people will always hate that I'm right when I'm right, and you know who you are, but I'll still give them an autograph when they wait in line.

420 OUT

THEWHOLE ****ING SHOW

I have to say, RVD is one of my favortie wrestlers. But Cena still tops him on my list and I think Cena should have the belt. Don't they have their own belt in ECW he could get? Haha. Sorry, just my opinion.

ECW does have the ECW World Heavyweight Championship & Rob Van Dam was given that championship belt by Paul Heyman. Rob Van Dam spent a long time & more years than John Cena did at earning the oppurtunity to be the WWE Champion. Circumstances of course have prevented RVD from having a longer WWE Title reign, but I expect RVD to be back in ECW as a main eventer after his suspension. As I am typing this I am also trying to get on his site to see if he has updated it recently but this is what it says currently on robvandam.com

''Due to an increase in visitor traffic the Web page you requested is temporarily unavailabe. It has exceeded its monthly traffic allottment.''

Oh well, next month though it should be running again.

Hooray Rob Van Dam, is back on ECW TV. That is very awesome because he improves the quality of the show when he is on it. It was tht RVD was on the show yesterday, although I am wondering what was up with his Van Daminator attempt on Kurt Angle? What I mean is it did not seem to have the impact that that move has had before on some opponets. It seemed to me to be a very cautious Van Daminator attempt by RVD. Nevertheless Rob Van Dam is on ECW TV again & that is awesome.

I have not watched much ECW lately, so I have not seen much of RVD, but for the ones interested RVD did updated his site today & this is what he put on it:

October 13, 2006 - Well, you may have noticed that I've been having some kick-ass matches on ECW TV lately. Extreme Rules for me or I'm not at my best. This is where I shine. It's felt almost like old times lately. First Booker T matched his Royal Highnes up against RVD's Flying Higness. Sweet match. Hardcore Holly. What can I say? This is the match everyone's talking about and then my match with Test was one of if not the most extreme match yet! These kind of matches do leave you with with a feeling similar to watching one of my old ECW matches. Normal men would not survive one of these matches and it's very important for me that anyone watching realizes there is no way in hell they could be doing what I do.

One thing I've learned to hate hearing, from unsuspecting ingorant people is, the day after the show, when we're dragging our asses through the airport early in the morning ''Did you guys have fun last night?'' That's fine if they're talking about hitting the clubs after, which we rarely have time or energy to do, but they usually mean the show. Like it's just one big party that they wish they were invited to. Yeah sure, try hitting a rolling thunder to the metal steps on the floor and get up and walk afterwards. Party on dude!

I understand Chavo SR, Mando, and Hector Guerrero are hosting a golf tournament that will raise money for Eddie's children's college funds near Tampa on October 21at. On the 20th there will be an autograph session with too many wrestlers to name from 6-8pm

Did you know that RVD was the most diversely decorated former World Champion? Me either, but apparently, I've had more belts that the other former World Champions. Sweet.

Everybody get their RVD lighters? Of course not, they're missing the boat on advertising these things.

My friend Brian Fritz from Between the Ropes radio show has written a book that I recommend from personal experience. I found it very informative and learned a lot about what was going in the office while I was doing my thing for many years. Find ''Between the Ropes'' and learn the business end of historic times in the industry.

If you haven't been watching Heroes, you're missing a hell of a new show. Also on my Tivo are: Dextar, Weeds, My Names is Earl, Studio 60, and of course the best show on television because it puts away bad guys, America's Most Wanted.

So, it feels like the old ECW in many ways. Partially because the advertising budget makes it hard to draw a huge house but more so, is the way the crowd reacts to the extreme action. I feed off of that energy and lately, the entire brand has been off the hook. Every week the tv show is better and the live events grow and it's exciting again to be a part of it. All the naysayers that claimed at first that this wasn't worth it because it's not the same as the old ECW need to give it a second chance. I challenge any former fan to watch RVD vs Test or Hardcore Holly and try not to be impressed. you know how long it's been since I felt like I had the freedom to turn non-fans into fans? Sweet feels like the old days.

Rob Van Dam did the clean job for Hardcore Holly at the 1/30 ECW show because he likely gave his notice to WWE officials. He had until the end of last week to give his notice or else his expring contract would roll over under the same terms. We should know in a few days if he actually did though; it hasn't been 100% confirmed at press time. If he did, he would be able to negotiate with other companies, namely TNA, or even with WWE again under some new terms. Had he not, he wouldn't be able to at least weigh his options.

What is known is that RVD has had his mind set on leaving WWE when his contract expires and tht he had planned to give his notice. RVD probably giving his notice explains why he had no part in the ''ECW Originals'' angle on last week's show. Also, the nature of how he lost cleanly to Holly came off as a ''giving notice'' job. On the otherhand, CM Punk's job to Matt Stiker was more of a ''doghouse'' job.

Rob Van Dam's contract with WWE is set to expire this summer. However, RVD had until the end of last week to give his notice to avoid the contract being automatically rolled over. Of course, RVD did the J-O-B last night for Elijah Burke.
