If Randy had to absolutely turn heel, he could've won the World Title at the Royal Rumble & turned during his storyline with Batista. Instead he loses at the Rumble, turns heel, loses to The Undertaker at WrestleMania & gets injuerd in the process. | I believe Randy's injury started a few weeks before Mania.
