I've been to a few in the past, but when you work them it's not the same as going as a fan. I wouldn't go as a fan. You either are stuck across the street or there are hardcore fans who camp out and get the front spots anyway so you can't see jack. It's over before you know it. Now, press junkets are another story. Much more fun, and you are one on one with the filmmakers.

That's one reason why I've given up on the thought of going to premieres, the few times I've been interested in any that took place in Rome with is just a couple of hours of driving away from me. I told myself that with my luck, I'd have seen more catching an online stream from my computer at home.

You're right about not seeing much. Too many people pushing to get in front. It's not fun unless you are hopelessly fannish.

I've been on the set of a couple of old talk/variety shows, and General Hospital and probably a couple of things I've forgotten off the top of my head.

Did I tell you Sean Bean was on the other side of my backyard fence last month? I kid you not! They were filming his new tv series "Legends" in the house behind me and they used my backyard to run electric cable for the equipment. And they paid me for it too. Twice!

It varies in prices. Inside your house can get you thousands. Running cable through your back yard and over the fence, they give you a couple hundred bucks.

I love all the four main actors in this film so this casting news felt like a Christmas present for me. Jessica is amazing, I'm sure she'll rock the part.
No. I used to chat a bit with her on Twitter, but I haven't been using it much lately, and when I did I didn't see her on my timeline.
A while ago she still used to be around , especially board like the Television and The Walking Dead ones, but I haven't ventured into them anymore so can't say if she's been active.
I miss our crazy chats from the golden Lost days.

Unfortunately, no. They filmed in front of the house and the street. I couldn't see jack. However, I recognized the house immediately. It was in the first 5 mins. of the premiere episode.

Those were the days. We all had fun, except when the plots started to go south and Smokey got mommy issues.
