I'm really annoyed, because my local theatre has an IMAX screen and it's literally showing nothing on it until Spectre comes out, and for some reason they aren't showing Crimson Peak on it, just on regular screens. It's the only IMAX screen in the country too. I really want to see it again on the huge screen so I can see more of the set design

Maybe you should go both days! I've been reading a number of tumblr posts where people that went were either all alone in the theater or there were a couple of other people in the room.

I hope this doesn't bomb and disappear next week. I want to go again next weekend.

went to see it this morning, on the first available showing. I was the only one there! Someone came in to check there was an audience before they switched it on!

I think it deserves to be called horror cause of all the gore, not the scares of course. I really enjoyed all five main characters and it was so beautifully done it shouldn't matter too much how predictable the story was.
