The part in Asgard was film from Thor 2. The part in NY 2012 Tom went back to film for Endgame. So that Loki as far as we know is still alive. He made a new timeline.

They filmed in 2017 for his part in the aftermath of the battle. The part in Asgards they used his filmed part in the jail and just added Thor and Rocket into it.
