Before this article I wondered if Rose would be in Cannes...up and coming actresses can be there

True but Rose seems not be the kind of actresses who love be seen and attend events/festivals like Cannes so I don't expect to see her there except if she's in a movie selectioned but it's not the case (not yet

I know she doesn't do the celebratory party scene but isn't Cannes a good place to be seen for future work...and she could be there supporting Kit

Why sadly? She's an actress and her job isn't to pop up in events just to be seen. I know that it's always great to see Rose but I'm ok with that and more since she seems not be fan of that anyway.

I don't think so...Cannes is more the place to party and for directors/channels to sell the rights of their movies/series.
