Whoa ... this season is getting good. I was glad to hear Cyrus mention James and how he was the love of his life. I was sad when I heard him shrug off the idea of a heart attack to say at least he'd be with James. Seems his sorrow over James is leaving him vulnerable to be out-Cyrused by Portia De Rossi's character who's setting him up for a fall w/a male escort.

What does Shonda have against Kerry? There must be an explanation for the racially charged crappy writing Olivia gets. Is this some bloody experiment where Shonda pounds and pounds on the stereotypes and see how far she can go before critics acknowledge her tactics?
All I know is that I feel horrible for Kerry. The sabotage is pretty bad. Imagine playing this iconic character that is now reduced to a sexual deviant in order to help others shine. Quite disappointing. |

 Enjoyed this episode - setting things up nicely for the season. Seems like the pace is a little slower these first two episodes? (which is a good thing) |

I´m a bit dissapointed. I hope Olivia would have changed this season but she keeps doing the same: using Jake because she can´t be with Fitz. Instead of fight for him specially after left him in the worst time of his life.
I don´t like either that Jake is letting Olivia use him. Hope next week it changes. Huckelberry Quinn are in the same state. Huck angry with her. She trying he forgives her. Abby is doing great and in another role but nobody considers her. Fitz is doing great being with Mellie but as someone said. Stop doing it for pity. Cyrus is being Cyrus. I want the animal back. Hope all of this change this season. Quote:

I enjoy Scandal for the soapy show full of people who make bad decisions. I mean sometimes they are winners who are nobel, but they all use people and can be terrible people.
I think the first two episodes are really setting up the arc for the season, or least half of it. -Cyrus is showing weakness, so at some point I foresee a dead prostitute when he learns Elizabeth is behind it. -I think this season Olivia will choose Jake, just like Fitz is choosing Mellie. It will be about them trying to be without each other and recovering from the disaster of losing so much last season. But I foresee epic fail. I hope Jake cheats on Olivia for once, and Mellie chooses Andrew over Fitz. -There needs to be an Abby vs Olivia show down, and I kind of want Abby to win. Olivia is the best- but Abby might eventually surpass her. -I love Mellie, and her grief is bringing out some great parts of her. She is finally being completely honest, which I don't think will last, so I'm going to enjoy it while it's here. Best scene: Abby grabbing to magazine from Mellie. __________________

Olivia and Fitz can't be with each other now. Fitz feels guilty because of what his father had done to Millie, and that he didn't know anything about it. He wasn't there for her then and he decided to be there for her before his son's death. Now that she's broken because of her son, he feels that he owes it to her to give her everything she asks for. He can't put himself first this time.
As for Olivia, she knows how Fitz is and she won't make it hard for him. plus, she feels guilty because of what her mother did. So she's trying to forget her pain with Jake, but she can't lie to him and pretend she has feelings for him, which I think is decent behaviour. __________________

Olivia and Fitz can´t be together for now. They´re to damage as you said. Olivia blames for what happened to Jerry. And Fitz, well he´s angry because Olivia left him in the worst moment. So he´s angry but not as angry as he was when Defiance, he´s more dissapointed than angry. So Olivia will have to work very hard to win his forgiveness. __________________
