“Pencils Down” – When Mellie makes a very public faux pas, Olivia must decide how far she’ll go to fix it. Meanwhile, the Gladiators learn valuable intel about Jake’s new love interest, and David Rosen seeks advice about his love triangle with Liz North and Susan Ross, on an all-new “Scandal,” THURSDAY, MARCH 24 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EDT) on the ABC Television Network.

“Scandal” stars Kerry Washington as Olivia Pope, Guillermo Diaz as Huck, Darby Stanchfield as Abby Whelan, Katie Lowes as Quinn Perkins, Tony Goldwyn as President Fitzgerald Grant, Jeff Perry as Cyrus, Bellamy Young as First Lady Mellie Grant, Joshua Malina as David Rosen, Scott Foley as Jake Ballard, Portia De Rossi as Elizabeth North, Cornelius Smith Jr as Marcus Walker and Joe Morton as Eli Pope.

Guest cast TBA.

“Pencils Down” was written by Chris Van Dusen and directed by Regina King.

David is t David anymore. Not sure I like this new David mainly as the older David always preached about doing the right thing. Even though he didn't always most times he did.

Another boring episode IMO. Only thing I liked was Susan dumping that slug David and Olake's hot bathroom scene. Otherwise, zzz. I knew last week's episome was an anomoly.

I'm surprised at the disappointment, this has been one of my favourite episodes in a while, it's sort of a filler but a very interesting and packed one at that. I loved Olivia and Mellie, the horror triangle is finally over, Susan even dumped David!
My only tiny criticism is about Edison, I don't see how Liv could still think him goody and nice considering how they parted?? Just because he'd done her a favour it doesn't mean he was innocent. The Quinn thing is also a bit far fetched, I can't believe the head of the NSA's fiancee doesn't have her new friends doubled checked.
