Alright I think this was it:
'Scandal's' Scott Foley, Shondaland Team for ABC Marriage Comedy - Hollywood Reporter I'm not sure if they went through with it. Also, in regards of Shonda writing herself through her characters, I notice that her book is also about "standing in the sun". It's nice that she gave Olake something she cares about. __________________

There hasn´t been any new after it. So maybe the new show has been cancelled

There was no news of a casting either, maybe they just dropped it? Kerry and the Quinn actress are planning something for Shonda as well, the news came just this October and if their project goes along these months we'll probably know Scott and Shonda's isn't.
