Yes, he does the V.O. I'm not sure why people don't recognize his voice, it's so distinct.

Also, I always thought it was him the V.O. I thought they choose him because of his voice. Otherwise I think they would have had a main cast person or someone not associated with the cast do the V.O.

If it's not him than who is it? Is there a credit for the V.O. listed anywhere?

I think he does. I only realized it a few episodes a while back. I didn't catch it at first but when I heard him speak (and slowly realizing that he's cute), that's when I caught on.
