The 48 hour rule is staying! We can wait for more votes though if we know that there are people who usually vote and have not voted in one round. It's okay to wait if we know someone is going to vote. That's what we've done in the past too!


The most posters are active in Frary thread that's why it's easier to remind people there to help us through a difficult round. On the other threads there are not as many posters. Maybe only on the Mash thread but not that much.

Oh, you are killing me with your votes for 7! The song is pure power, and the scene starts with Frary talking about marriage and ends with Aylee's death. I can vote for 2 or 11. Anyone?

Keri, you may recall that Scotland and Charlie Boy were both in my first attempt at the survivor. Unfortunately, with all the songs the survivor lasted only to E4 or E5 (I can't recall). So to cover the first half of S1, I made some cuts, very subjectively. Others that also got cut include Follow, Give Up the Ghost and Hide and Seek (all wonderful songs imo).

Aww I think you might of misunderstood me when I told you there were too many songs and some needed to be cut. I remember suggesting that you narrow it down to songs from the first half of Season 1, but it would have perfectly fine to include the ones that you mentioned. I've had survivors with as many as 20 options before. I'm sorry I didn't make that more clear. The ones you chose are awesome, though. And thank you for posting the reminders!

I think it was probably best to cut Scotland. It's the theme and has been used as background music several times throughout, not just in S1 and there is even an instrumental version. It's really like another character in the show. It doesn't seem to fit in with the rest.

I suppose that's true. You can't really fit Scotland in a song survivor for just the first half of Season 1. It's so much bigger than that.

Yeah it was reprised very recently too, it's more part of the general soundtrack even though Morris didn't compose it.

I should also apologize for not taking active part to this survivor, thing is most of the songs used sound the same to me? I only remember very specific ones that were used in scenes I liked more than others (like I listen to Stella by the Cereus Bright all the time).

Anyway if it can help you can switch my vote to #7. Like I said it doen't really make a difference for me!

I don't think it matters which you vote for Alice. We are have 4 vote for 7. So unless we get a whole bunch of vote by the end of the day, 7 will be out either way.
