Ugh WHY IS THIS SO HARD!

I could probably go with #6 ... I know the gif set only shows him chopping Count Vincent's hand off, but I meant it to represent the fact that he escaped his rooms, lead everyone in the castle to safety, AND came back for Mary and the others at tremendous risk to himself. Even though Mary essentially saved herself before he got there, it was still extremely heroic. That being said, if I'm forced to choose between #5 and #6, I prefer the moment that he offers himself up as ransom. SELFLESS FRANCIS = BEST FRANCIS.

But for now, I'm not ready to let go of either moment from 1x07. I'll see how this round shapes up, but for now, I'll go with #2. I love when he stands up to his father, but...that scene just wasn't as epic as the other ones with Henry.

I'll say #6. As you all had previously said, Mary pretty much saved herself and Francis just swooped in and cut off his hand. Standing up and offering to give himself up instead of Mary and her virtue was far more brave then cutting of the hand of a dead man.

I feel it is time for #6 too. Imo, offering his life tops risking his life, but only slightly. Fighting and beating the ol' man to save Scotland did not endanger his life, but come on. How epic is that?

Ok, so I'm not okay with #9 going, either. He was so...strong. Sure he was sad... the people he loved and trusted the most had betrayed him. But, he was able to rise above it all and do what was right for France. Plus, Toby absolutely KILLED it. I mean, Catherine's reaction in that scene said it all. It was EPIC. #savenine
