I had to go back and rewatch the last scene

... I just remembered that Frary fans assumed that that was the scene when Mary and Francis' baby was conceived.

I couldn't have been because Mary said something about not wanting to get in the way of the coronation with the news. So she already knew during this episode.

Oh, right. She did say that she kept it a secret so it wouldn't interfere with the coronation AND the christening, so she must have already known (or suspected). We must have skipped over that part.

Hmmm maybe the conception happened when they reunited in 2x02 (Drawn and Quartered)? It doesn't really matter, and it's a little creepy to try to pinpoint the exact moment.
