That's not exactly what I said. When the season premiered, Craig and Anna did interviews where they mentioned that their characters would have fun/get closer to another one (Craig was talking about Lola and Anna about Narcisse without revealing each other names), even Adelaide mentioned that this year Anna/Lola was having some sexy time involving baths. LOL It was before 2X05 or 2X06 happened. It has nothing to do with what will happen the rest of the season since they weren't that far into filming.

Francis says someting like "You'll soon finds out there are fates worse than death..." What would possibly be worse than death?

The post above yours explain everything. I never confirmed that Lola and Narcisse would hook-up, I merely made speculations based on some interviews. As I've said it was at the very beginning of the season.

Also, I want to see at least one Lola/Narcisse scene in the midseason finale but somehow I don't think there will be one. The scene in the last episode seemed like a goodbye for sometime between the two characters (until the next half of the season, that is).

The last scene didn't feel like a goodbye AT ALL. It was Narcisse trying ti tell her how he feels in his on very way. Although I'm not expecting any scenes as well because from the promo it seems like Narcisse in on the run, that until Francis finds him. I expect very little of Lola once again. In the promo we see Mary telling the girls that she has been raped.

Well, as a Lorcisse shippers and because we are going on a long break, I hope for a least one short scene just like last week. I won't be able to deal with the winter break if we have nothing.

So browsing through Tumblr, I get the sense that people were confused with what Lola said regarding the Protestant attack. I think some people assume that she knew of it beforehand, but in truth, she told Narcisse he was right about about there being a possible attack. It's not as if she knew beforehand that the Protestants were going to attack that night, at that specific time, etc.

I think we were supposed to believe that his line in 2X08 about her having her target on her back (as well as the baby) meant that if the protestants were to attack, not only would they try to hurt Mary/Francis but Lola/John as well. It was a little confusing but it wasn't that big of a deal for me.

I think that it was pretty obvious what Narcisse said. I dont know, but Francis is the King, what's more dear to him? He's family. Mother, wife, son, brother, etc.

No matter what the situation is, England, Scottland, Protestants or whatever, they would target his family.
