That's an interesting way to look at it . I definitely saw some affection there as he was taking care of her. His eyes were always smiling. And when he was telling her she could be "new" I think he was also telling himself that. He made mistakes that resulted in other people's deaths, but he's good on the inside.

I think Nos does like her, but hasn't allowed himself to "like" people for a while. He's always in those rooms of his making potions and having visions and scheming with the queen, his heart almost stopped properly functioning in such matters.
