I wonder if Clarissa will be brought back at any point? Certainly, she would be an interesting contrast to Claude in vying to be the most interesting daughter of Catherine's.

I wonder why Henriette and Emone haunt Claude but didn't haunt Clarissa if they are vying for their mother's love.

I guess it was because Clarissa was never in any danger of actually having Catherine's love. Also, because as we've seen since you wrote that comment, Claude apparently killed them.
 I do have to wonder if Clarissa will come back to "haunt" Catherine while she's having all these ghostly visitations. It might be the tip off we need to see that it isn't really ghosts, but Catherine's own mind playing tricks on her, since Clarissa isn't dead. |
