It's not her caring that makes her look weak, it's her lack of taking action. (And also the whole Narcisse thing) Caring about Mary actually makes her look stranger to me. the gifs are gray and Catherine is so right. she showed who's the boss in here and Mary should start re-thinking her actions.

I do think that she cares more this season. I mean she cared for Mary in S1 too, we saw it in 1x11 - she wanted to kill her but she did what she had to do and wanted it to be an easy death. But I think that after knowing that Mary was raped she cares more for her. She was a rape victim too and I'm sure it made her care more for Mary.

Tina I'm glad she showed her who the boss really is, I'm just sad that Francis didn't side with his mother once he woke up

She doesn't care more for Mary. That's why she let Narcisse stall the army. She put France first. I also think she did care ad much for Mary last season, she was just so busy fighting her we didn't get to see it much. She will always put Francis and her country first. We can have both angry Catherine and Catherine who cared for Mary at the same time.

He knows his mother would defend him in this case and he has her support. It's just,like Mandy said he should have side with Catherine when he woke up

I'm so sad that they cut the Matherine scene that they showed in the promo. I really wanted to see Catherine gloat at her.

^me too! I'm very mad they cut it! I was SO LOOKING forward! They even gave us a promo pic weeks before of that scene, for what? To just cut it and make us even angrier than we already are
