That doesn't sound weird at all, Amanda. I need their last scene together to be epic and emotional. Their relationship deserves that. I need it almost as much as I need my beautiful Frary reunion in the afterlife.

Yes, we need a really long embrace with gushing from heart. We need suffering, and "rather a mess of it."

Is it too much to ask for some Catherine sobbing as well? We know that Mary can really let the tears flow.

Yeah, perhaps Catherine won't sob uncontrollably (she's usually in control of her emotions), but a hug and tears from both women would be nice.
Oh, Issi... "Let go and hold on to me." __________________

I don't think she will sob either even though it would be great to see the acting but that's a little bit out of character I'm pretty sure it will be very emotional thuogh

I will settle for her having a hard time keeping her composure, and not minding that she did.

It would be amazing if they would show that scene (Catherine receiving the news of Mary's execution) on the show...

I didn't know the court went into mourning. My feelings about Elizabeth I may be at an all-time low.

^ Back when I was studying this period in college, I definitely felt more sympathy for Mary. It should be interesting to see how they portray Elizabeth's side of things on the show.
It's nice to know that what happened to Mary had a profound affect on French court. I hope that means that the show will continue to follow Catherine and the French until the end of the series.... __________________

I had more sympathy for Mary too, I remember perfectly reading a book in class about the period before Mary got killed and we read it in class and the teacher wanted two girls to always read, one of my best friends read Elizabeth's parts and the other Mary's. My teacher wanted the girl who read Elizabeth to have a strong cold voice while Mary's should be sweet I think she liked Mary more too but admired Elizabeth
