 That's not a problem Heather, can't wait to see them.  Challenge #3 Christmas Texture You'll have to make an icon with these textures. Pick which one you like and do an icon with them. [Or you can do them all, your choice]     __________________

I cheated!      I used the cut out for all the backgrounds. Originally I envisioned the cutout for the red background, but I think it looks better with the green backgrounds. Please keep in mind that I'm not used to doing much fanart and I don't have access to photoshop. These challenges are so much fun! __________________

I use freeware on a Mac called Seashore 2. It's like MS Paint for the Mac from Windows XP. I have to cut out each piece by hand. It's so much easier to do for an icon though than for larger manips because to shrink it down to 100 px squared, a lot of the less than clean cuts get lost and if you take too many points for precise cuts, the software blows up and I have to start over.  But with this challenge, I'm learning new things every day with the software.  I do wish that it was better with adjusting lighting and the like, but since it is free, I can't really complain. __________________
