Well, to be fair... he had been drugged, and the devil can scare the **** out of anyone. But I agree that it was very out of character for him. He generally has been very courageous. I mean, in 3x14 when he was facing that huge dude in the arena, he didn't show any fear and never even thought about running away. He usually doesn't back down from a fight, so it was disappointing to see him leave Catherine there to fight alone.

Believe me, it shocked me, too.
It was INSANE, but I loved it. I wish we could have seen how that whole storyline would have played out and what kind of future Catcisse might have had.ETA: Megan answering the question about Catcisse at the panel yesterday. I love the disdain in her voice when she says the name "Lola." This answer is perfect.  When Narcisse wanted to play with a grown-up he went to Catherine.  Megan talking about one of her favorite scenes - Feeding Narcisse his favorite horse. __________________
