I watched OUAT last night, too! SO SO GOOD!
 Like you said, I missed the old cast so much. My heart basically SURGED every time I saw Lana and the other familiar faces. But, I like the new reality they've created. Roni is AMAZING and Adelaide did a great job. I'm definitely going to keep watching.__________________

I watched too. I'm excited about the new season! My daughter has decided she wants to watch this season, so we are watching both the new season and catching her up on the previous seasons with netflix. We are still early in season 2 though. I had to fill her in on a few things so she could follow the current story, but tried not to spoil anything I didn't have to.

Aww that's great that you are sharing the show with your daughter, Sherry. Let us know what she thinks of it all.
 With this new season being such a reboot, I don't think she'll be that confused watching it at the same time as the previous ones.  __________________

I had to fill her in a bit on Hook and Regina because they change so much throughout the series. Where we are at in season 2, Henry is barely speaking to Regina and Hook is working with Cora, so to see where they are now would be really confusing. Rumple doesn't change all that much so he didn't require much explanation. The only thing the new episode spoiled for her is the fact that Rumple is Henry's grandfather because we haven't gotten to that point in season 2 yet.

Ah right. Regina and Hook have both had quite a journey since the beginning. If Rumple being Henry's grandfather is the only reveal that was spoiled, that's not too bad. Who's your daughter's favorite character so far?

We are less than halfway through season 2 and so far her favorite character is Emma.
I haven't started any new series, just watching the same things as before. OUAT, This is Us, The Shannara Chronicles starting tomorrow night, and TVD on Netflix. |

That makes sense.
Who wouldn't love Emma? I haven't really started anything new - at least not seriously. Gosh, I still need to finish The White Queen.  I'm going to have to rewatch some of it before I finally watch the final episode.__________________

Once Upon a Time!!! I really enjoyed the new episode.

^ The White Queen is fantastic! It's a ten part British mini-series based on a historical novel series by Philippa Gregory. It's set against the backdrop of the War of Roses, and focuses on three women in the middle of it all - Elizabeth Woodville, Margaret Beaufort, and Anne Neville. It's really well done and the actors are all incredibly talented. After I finish The White Queen, I plan to start the sequel - The White Princess, which centers on Elizabeth of York. __________________

Loved seeing Henry with both of his moms again. 
And Ivy was pretty cold when she told Jacinda about the ballet recital tickets. She seemed to enjoy taunting her. BUT, something tells me that in the end, she'll do the right thing. 
I knew that Hook and Emma had gone back to Storybrooke in this episode, but I was confused as to whether or not they are STILL in Storybrooke in the present. I wondered if they could be off somewhere else (not Hyperion Heights) under the effect of the curse. But, I suppose I would MUCH rather believe that they are together and happy in Storybrooke. Gosh I hope that's the case. If that's the last we see of them, at least we know they are a family now.
