Finished Season 1 of Timeless and I'm still loving it SO SO MUCH! Can't wait for all the upcoming Lucy/Wyatt angst in Season 2.

^ Oh, I'll have to check out the Timeless thread! I have binged every episode in less than a week. For a history nerd like me, it's like comfort food in the form of a television show. I love the goofy humor, the romance, period costumes, the action... It's just FUN. I'm so glad I discovered it, and that NBC changed it's mind and decided to bring it back for Season 2. What a rollercoaster ride they went through - being cancelled and then resurrected.

ETA: Another great thing about Timeless - all the new guest stars every episode. It's a joy seeing so many familiar faces from Hallmark Channel movies/series.

Ok was trying to work and get my access straightened out for a work trip in early May — so in Netflix I found/ put on -
Secrets of Great British Castles

(Which means British, Scottish, and Irish - and the history therein — fascinating - and you get some Queen Mary intrigue included obvi)

Edinburgh and Stirling and Elizabeth I in Tower of London epi (as well as some of the Mary/Elizabeth tension)

Ugg The Originals...sone of it was good...but honest I have not liked it since they killed Cami. Last season was terrible and I really hate all these gigantic time jumps. Torrance was adorable and Yay for Caroline. But the rest....uggg

I also just watched 'Pushing Dead' with James Roday.

I haven't really watched much of The Originals at all. I just tuned in this time see Torrance. Big time jumps are usually jarring.

Torrence's accent is phenomenal!

Not me. I kinda hate Hope.

Pushing Dead is a dark comedy about a man with HIV. It isn't usually my kind of tbing, but I watched for Roday because I heart him.....and i actually liked it.

Yeah, grown-up Hope isn't my favorite, but I think she means well. I'm trying to give her a chance.

^ Oh, that sounds really dark and intense. Definitely not something I would generally watch. But I love Roday, too. I'm sure he's doing an amazing job with it.

Trying to finish up Victoria, Season 2 this weekend. FINALLY.

I don't hate her as a character...I just hate her as in I absolutely just do not care and don't want to watch her.

It's not really all that dark or intense exactly. It's hard to explain. But it has a lot of Roday's signature humor in it. He calles someone grumps in it and I almost died.
