You had to request one back in December when Sheila was organizing the anniversary. It's too late to participate in the Reign anniversary titles, but you can participate in posting challenges on other boards to get a special title. There's always a chance, just about every month something is going on.
But, basically, special titles are given for board celebrations, milestones and posting challenges. |

For a celebration special title we will have to wait until next year because each board is only allowed 1 per year
