I don't know why she can't use her natural accent. I wonder if it was her choice or the production wanted to her change it. Gabrielle Anwar is using her natural accent (which is strange since they are onscreen mother and daughter) and most of the actors on OUAT do use their natural accents. Some are altered a bit to be easily understood on American television, but Adelaide is not at all difficult to understand. I think Emilie de Ravin's accent is much more noticeable then Adelaide's. Emma Booth is Austrailian too, I wonder if she'll be using a different accent.

Those are great points. I wonder who made the decision for Ade not to use her natural accent? It's not necessary.

Watched the latest episode of OUAT, and it was awesome! As for Ade's character - I saw a little of the dark side and it was intriguing.

Agreed. I need to see more! Her character is so interesting. You can already see the potential for cruelty with Ivy/Drizella, but underneath all of that sass you can tell there is a lot of conflict and fear. I would love to see her have more scenes with Regina/Roni.
