I'm watching The Lamb and the Slaughter right now, and Adelaide's anguish in the scene where Mary miscarries, and the subsequent scene where she tells Francis, was heart-wrenchingly well-portrayed. It's hard to believe she was only 23/24 at the time the episode was shot.

^ YES, Adelaide was brilliant in that episode! So raw and beautiful. If you were impressed with her in 2x04.... then you are going to be BLOWN away at some of the moments coming up later for Mary in Season 2.

I love her new makeup look in that selfie. It's great that she shares so many pics.

The storyline for season 2 was not my favorite, it was probably the season I liked least, but the acting was wonderful, as always.

All we know about Emma's character is that she is a witch. It's possible she could turn out to be the other stepsister, although she is only 12 years younger than the actress playing the stepmother. Makeup could probably make it work though. We'll have to wait and see.

It can be hard to keep up with all of her posts sometimes, but I'm really grateful that she shares so much with her fans. And she always looks flawless.

Same here. Just thinking about some of the storylines in Season 2 makes me physically ill. But the acting was always stellar - especially Adelaide's performances.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the info. I definitely think that Emma could pass for the other stepsister. She looks very young. I can't believe that Season 7 will premiere in less than a month!

So it looks like Ade went on a trip with her parents and Joey to Whistler, British Columbia. It may still make me nauseous to see them together, but I have to admit that she looks so happy and Joey knows how to take some lovely pictures of her (and with her). Her parents are ADORABLE.

Is it appropriate to ask what is the issue with Joey? I don't know anything about him other than he's her significant other.

Oh, I don't know much about Joey either, and I have no issue with him personally. He seems like a really great guy who treats Adelaide the way she deserves. She seems so happy, and like I said, I'm am happy for her. Yet, something about their relationship annoys me. Like... when I see their pictures I can't help but roll my eyes. Maybe it's just my broken Tobelaide heart wanting to hold on to the fantasy. Maybe it's the fact that they seemed to go SO QUICKLY from nothing to public declarations of love on social media and meeting the parents. They have only been together a few months and they are putting it all out there. It's just a bit cheesy and nauseating. I do wish them the best. I do. I just can't say that I "ship it" ... if that make sense.

She is so FLAWLESS.
