I had to check her bio on IMBD, but it looks like Rachel was born in Toronto. She moved to LA when she was 17 and got her first major acting role. After she graduated from high school and went to college (she was History and English major like me!! :D), she moved back to LA in 2008. So, I think she still technically calls LA home. :shrug: That still doesn't confirm exactly where she was packing to go.
