I think Francis will be relived when he sees her because he's been worried (because you know SHE IS A QUEEN OUT IN THE FREAKING WOODS WITHOUT GURADS) but I think his anger will come out later in the ep. After he finds out about the prophecy, that's if he doesn't know yet before she gets back. __________________

Yeah, I think he's going to be relieved first and foremost too. Maybe he'll try to hug her and she steps back, and that's what breaks him... so he starts yelling. Asking how she could do this.
