Francis and Mary both hoped to fall in love and didn't want to fall in love,
and they found themselves caught in a tangle of feelings and royal duties. And hurt.

I think the interesting aspect of their dynamic, and also the one that made me fall for them is that yes, politics are part of their lives, and they will always be, but at the end of the day, they're just a boy and a girl.
