I like the confidence and hope in the sentiment, but the quote itself is not as special as some of the others.

Hooray for snow days!

Our weekend was good. My husband had a four-day weekend and it was nice just to be home as a family. I managed to fit in a few work projects and slept a little bit better ... all good stuff.

And it's totally OT, but I'm finally done writing the Gilmore Girls fic I started 2+ years ago. Hopefully will fine-tune it with a good beta round and then release it into the world. I've been making a conscious effort to fit writing back into my life a little more routinely, and it has been such an enjoyable thing. I have a few other projects I want to turn my attention to, but then maybe -- just maybe -- I might finally dust off my plans for the third Harbor installment and give it a go. Always a dreamer, looking to rectify showrunner mistakes.
