Okay, I'm going to go with #36 for now and for the same reasons I've voted off other 3x05 kisses. They're among the last ones they shared on this earth.

#36 because I'm not a fan of the setting. Very uncomfortable to make love there

^ I suppose it would be. I did think it was a pretty setting though... and I loved that it tied back to their lakeside makeout in 1x04.

I actually think #36 is really tender and beautiful - and they look stunning with their hair wet and the sun streaking across their skin. BUT, the silence makes the "kissy noises" really loud and distracting. And it just makes me sad to think about the last time they were together here on earth. Basically, I don't think it's in my top 10, so I can let it go now.

We make very important observations in this fandom. I'm pretty sure they were laying on Francis' fur cloak, but that probably didn't help that much.

Yeah I can see how that wouldn't be very comfortable, even with the cloak, but it was pretty romantic onscreen. I'll vote #36 too.

My heart still leaps every time I see a new gif set of them. They are just so stunning together.

Ok... before I officially vote, I'm going to suggest two scenes that could go this round. Let me know your reactions (and if I'm completely crazy ). What about #10 or #24? To me, neither scene is necessarily memorable because of the kiss itself. I'm going to go hide now. Don't hate me.

I think #10 is mostly memorable because it's like a fulfilment of the "promise" we were given at Elisabeth's wedding in the pilot... in a sense it's a variation on the theme if that makes sense.

That is a beautiful way to put it. The entire Consummation episode felt like the fulfillment of a promise to me... like everything in the show before was simply leading up to this perfect, joyful moment when Mary and Francis were married and became ONE like they were always meant to be.

The only question is... is the kiss special enough to be in the top 10 of the survivor?

Between 10 and 24, I'd vote off #24. #10 is such a glorious moment and I love how they're kissing as feathers (or white flower petals?) are falling and people are dancing around them .
