UPDATE: Well, I picked up my computer tonight (they replaced the motherboard) and it seemed to be working fine for a couple hours, but then it died again. UGH, I'm frustrated. Again, I promise to work on the survivor as soon as I'm able.

It's heartbreaking, and at the same time really interesting, to see Mary and Francis drift apart in Season 2 (especially once they made it less about Narcisse being an a-hole and more about Mary's psychological issues resulting from being physically and sexually assaulted and her pulling away from Francis due to 'traumatic association' issues), mainly because it allowed both Adelaide Kane and Toby Regbo to really showcase their acting talents in a way that Season 1 and the first 8 or so episodes of Season 2 didn't.

^ I agree with that. Toby and Ade's brilliant acting was definitely the bright spot in that mess of a storyline. Like I said in the Season 2 discussion thread, they made feel their pain and isolation. It was incredibly heartbreaking, but also fascinating to watch at the same time. I've said it before, but we were SO blessed as a fandom that we were given these two actors to portray our beautiful ship. Even in the darkest of times, Toby and Ade's acting kept me believing in Frary's love.

^ Toby and Ade really did save Frary's disaster of a storyline with their acting. There were some very dark parts to it that even now I don't like revisiting, but they did make me believe in their love for each other through all of that.

Haha well it turns out the technicians forgot to re-connect the battery when they serviced my laptop. But I took it back there tonight and it seems to be working well now.

Once I get a little more settled and caught up at work, I will get the survivor posted.

Things have been a little stressful at work recently, but I promise I am still looking at the survivor. Just have to make a few final decisions and try to make it pretty. Plus I need to make an edit or two to try to promote it and make sure people vote. I know I've said this before, but I really think I can get it done by this weekend.
