It was a bit shocking the way everything with Castleroy ended, but... I'm happy that he's found someone who loves him the way he deserves. It was so kind of Greer to release him the way she did.

LOVED that we got that girl talk scene with Greer, Mary and little Rose in the last episode. Sweet.

Now I'm just waiting for James/Greer to happen.





Is it just me, or is this party rather depressing? Mary’s celebrating her engagement without her fiancé, Queen Catherine was too busy to leave France and attend, and you’re holding court with an abandoned woman out of pity.

Love how Greer mentiones Catherine. She knows how important she is to Mary.

Exactly, Greer knows how much Catherine (and France) mean to Mary. I also think she gave Mary pretty sensible advice about Darnley. Whatever Mary's fears, she couldn't keep avoiding the man and pushing him away. They needed to come together. Gosh, I will hate to see Mary's regret when things turn south with Darnley later on. Let's hope she still has Greer to turn to when that happens.

It's so sad. Greer is really all she has left. She can't fully trust anyone else...except maybe Catherine...but she's so far away.

Yes, Greer is the only person at Scottish Court whose loyalty to Mary is not in doubt - the only one she can fully trust. I know I've said it a million times, but I'm so grateful that Mary has Greer with her. It would horrible if she was all alone.

That's the only reason I don't mind Narcisse being around Catherine so much. Without him she'd be alone too.

That's true. They both have family around them (Catherine has her children and Mary has her brother), but they would still be isolated and alone without someone to trust and confide in.

I was wondering why you didn't seem to mind Narcisse being around Catherine this season, Amanda. I'm happy that Catherine and Mary both have someone they can turn to.

They do have family...but their families don't really trust them so they can't talk to them about yheir problems.

I don't mind Catcisse aa long as it stays platonic. (Or if Narcisse magically becomes not an ass hole)

Well, I'm kind of hoping Catcisse doesn't stay platonic. But, I want him to grow and become less of a jerk, too... of course.

Yeah, Catherine and Mary seem to have issues with their family members trusting them. I hope that improves....

I was just thinking... I really hope that Celina might consider coming to the LLTQ.

Yeah, she doesn't seem the convention type. But we rarely get to hear her perspective on the show or get to see her with the rest of the cast. It would be nice.
