Aw that is so adorable! And I agree Keri, I don't mind Gideon. But her and Bash are a better fit and everything. *not biased at all*

Sure, Lee... not biased at all. I agree that Mash is a better fit than Mary/Gideon in a lot of ways. They have a history and are already connected. Plus, I suppose I'm just nostalgic for anything that reminds me of Season 1. Granted, it will always be difficult for me to see Mary with any man other than Francis, but at least bringing Mash back in some capacity would have brought things full circle.

Bash is certain. We know he would never betray Mary. He will always put her first, we do not know that much about Gideon so Bash is the safer choice.And we already know they have chemistry.

That's true. Bash is the safer choice. We already know his relationship with Mary works. At least we know who he is and we can trust his loyalty to Mary. Gideon is more of an unknown - and I don't feel any chemistry between him and Mary, either.

Wasn't Torr on "Still StarCrossed"? I remember reading that this show will likely get canceled, so I was hopping Bash can return for last season.

Well actually he was in Spain most of the time while the cast filmed Reign. He has that new show and it was picked up and they filmed in Spain but stopped some time ago... since then he's really only been on the convention and with his wife

Yeah, we were all hoping that we would get Torrance/Bash back in Season 4, but it doesn't look promising.

Aww I'm sorry. I know it's disappointing. But I haven't given up hope entirely. I still believe that Bash will come to Mary's aid when she needs it that most - like he promised. It just might not be onscreen. Maybe he will send her a critical warning through a messenger or letter? I don't want to believe that we've seen the last of Mash.
