I dont think ive ever been so happy over a tweet before, ITS ABOUT DAMN TIME. I dont even care about spoilers. We have to wait while the show comes back from hiatus. We have to have something to live by. If that something is some MASH action then I am perfectly okay

While I don't think I would ever want Mash to ever reconnect romantically, I am SO looking forward to seeing their friendship again. I mean... just the idea that they could both comfort each other and help each other through their grief over losing Francis. It's so beautiful and moving!

I'll be happy with anything between them tbh. They had like 2 scenes together in the 2nd and so far the 3rd season. Since he was such a main character is the 1st. Its been weird not seeing them so much as talk for longer then a minute. They started friendly, I dont see why they cant get back to that.

Exactly. They were so close and went through so much together and then... virtually nothing. It was jarring. I'll be happy to see any scenes between them.

I understand that Mary and Bash couldn't be very close once she chose and married Francais. But since Francis passed away, why havent we seen any scenes. They were 2 of the most connected to Francis (other then Catherine). I think I would be amazing just to see them talk. They both loved him, that could bring them together.

That's precisely my point. Now that Francis is gone, it makes absolute sense that they be brought together again... if for no other reason than that they both loved Francis and miss him. I would love to see them open up to each other.
