Powers off and on. People don't want to cut back on electricity so we get blackouts.

It's just during triple digits. A string of them like we just had. If people would just run the AC at 78 and try to cut back on major appliances between the hours of 2-9 we wouldn't have blackouts. Most people don't like cutting back though. Oh well. Do the best you can.

I'm sure you would have to get used to it but 78 for the AC sounds awful! I keep mine at 73
